On Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 6:47 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when he was involved in a single vehicle crash. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roaday on the left side, striking a fence and rolling over. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. The vehicle was not seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 due to the aqmount of damage sustained in the crash.

Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Calle Lazo Errante in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim whom advised the defendant was intoxicated and fighting with her friends and other family members one of which was a minor. Deputies struggled with the defandant who was resisting there authority and struck a Deputy while the Deputy was attempting to handcuff the defendant. The defendant was arrested and charged accordingly. Upon arrival to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center the defendant struck the arresting officer. The defendant was charged for her crimes.

On April 02, 2014 Deputies responeded to the area of Cities of Gold Road and Camino Del Rincon in reference to a reported single vehicle crash. Dupties arrived on scene, contact was made with the defandant. The defandant was observed operating a motor vehicle. The defendant had an odor of alcoholic beverages coming from his breath. SFST's were administered, driver showed signs of impairment. The defendant was arrested and later submitted to a breath test. driver was booked accordingly.

Charges Aggravated Driving while intoxicated (injuries), Careless Driving, No Insurance, Driving while license is suspended/revoked
On April 1st 2014 Deputies were responding to a residence located at 23 Gurule Ln. in reference to a reported family abuse argument. While approaching residence Deputies observed a green in color Kia Sedona leaving the residence. Deputies stopped the vehicle as it was traveling on County Road 51E. While speaking with the driver and for reasons unknown to the Deputies the vehicle lunged forward striking the Deputies fully marked vehicle causing minor damage. During the investigation which followed it was found that the driver of the vehicle was impaired by an intoxicant. It was furthermore learned that the drivers’ privilege to operate a motor vehicle was currently suspended and no evidence was found showing the vehicle had current, valid insurance.

Suspect was arrested at the location after neighbors called law enforcement stating he was intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Suspect failed to stop his yelling after he was told to go into his home. Suspect continued to yell and use vulgar language, that is when Deputies placed subject under arrest.

On Sunday March 30, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Office Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the San Tierra Apartments. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim. Victim state a male subject forced entry into her home while she was there. The supect took a television and fled the area. The television was located near the victims apartment. The suspect was not located but was identified. A warrant for the suspects arrest was drafted.
