Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to an inmate battering a correctional officer. Investigation revealed the suspect headbutt the C.O. while being escorted. Suspect was re-booked for battery on a peace officer at the facility.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Deputies conducted SFSTs on the driver, and further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test resulting in .14/.14. The subject was booked into Satna Fe ADC without incident.

Victim advised her family's information was compromsied and changes were made on her health reimbursement account. The suspect(s) accessed the account and received reimbursements for doctor visits they did not attend. Victim has since worked with the company to fix the issue. Suspect- Jerod Garbiso (47 year old male/ Edgewood)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to a victim and learned her ex-boyfriend had broken into her residence and battered her with a weapon. The suspect fled prior to law enforcement arrival. The victim was evaluated by medical personnel and transported to the hospital. A warrant for the suspect is pending.
