Corrections staff at the Juvenile Detention Center reported that a 15 year old detainee pushed a female corrections officer while she was in the discharge of her duties. The report will be forwarded to the Juvenile Probation Office for review.

On February 13, 2014 a Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was observed speeding. Upon contact with the above listed driver an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. Deputy Cullison arrived to the scene at which time SFST's were administered. The driver showed signs of impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test and was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.
