Deputies were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival contact was made with female subject who stated her uncle identified above had pushed her during an argument. Medics were called to the scene at which time the suspect kicked a Deputy. Suspect was taken into custody for Battery, and Battery on a peace officer. He was transported to ADC and booked.

Charges: Assault against a household member, and Battery against a household member
Victim reports her son was being aggressive towards her and feared he would battery her. When victim attempted to get away from the above suspect he became physical with her by grabbing her by her hands and slamming the door against them. Suspect also strike victim in the nose. The above was arrested on the above charges without further incident and charged accordingly.

Sometime on 2/17/14, someone forcibly entered a vacant residence and damaged two interior walls. The damage was estimated at $650.00. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Arrested: Gavin Cata 20 year old, Espanola, NM, 87532
On Monday February 17, 2014 the listed suspect / arrestee was observed traveling at a high rate of speed, southbound US 84/285. Driver was observed driving through an intersection with an indicated red traffic signal. Vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the listed suspect. An odor of alcoholic beverages was detected from within the vehicle. SFST's were adminsitered at which time the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to ADC where he was booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to W. Alameda/Siler Road in regards to a domestic dispute. Suspect was located, and it was found that he was involved in an argument with a household member. Suspect pushed the victim to the ground, and she had dirt on her clothes, he was also highly intoxicated. Suspect was taken into custody and booked into ADC on a Battery Against a Household Member.
