Arrested- Jose Young (61 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Sgt. Webb was on patrol on I25 when he observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was found to show signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUI and provided a breath sample more than twice the legal limit. He was later booked at ADC.

Arrested: Travis Horst, 40 YOA male, Espanola
Deputies were dispatched to the location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police on a traffic stop. Deputies were advised the driver had a non-Native-American driving with a revoked license. Deputies confirmed the driver had a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

A traffic stop was conducted in which the registered owner was showing to have a revoked license. Contact was made with the driver, who had an interlock license, and no interlock installed in the vehicle. Driver was arrested.

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a cardiac arrest. Medics and Deputies arrived on scene and located the patient. Medics determined the patient was beyond any life-saving measures. OMI was contacted and conducted a separate investigation. The decedent suffered from medical issues over the last seven years. Nothing suspicious was observed.

Arrested: Elias Gallegos-Luevano, 19 YOM
Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had two active warrants for his arrest. One warrant was for failure to pay fines on speeding charges, and the second was for failure to appear on a racing on the street charge. The subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC without incident.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to have an outstanding warrant, and the passenger was found to have three outstanding warrants. Both were arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. Deputies learned the driver did not have a driver's license, and privileges were revoked due to a DWI-related incident. The driver was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
