On Saturday February 23,2014 between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. victim advised unknown persons broke the front passenger side window to victim's vehicle and stole a black wallet which contained US currency. Suspects are pending further investigation.

On Sat. Feb. 22nd 2014 at 9:31 PM the suspect was operating the vehilce north at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side, striking a gaurdrail. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a breath test. Suspect was found to be in possession of an open container of vodka.

On Saturday,February 22, 2014 at 9:47 PM the victim was operating Vehicle #2 at the location. The unknown suspect was operating Vehicle #1 at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect intentionally struck Vehicle #2 with Vehicle #1 and the fled the area. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

On Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 4:28 AM the suspect was observed passed out in the above vehicle. The vehicle was stopped, facing north at the location with the engine on. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of a $5.00 bill containing a white powdery subsatnce suspected of being cocaine. There were also two open botteles of Modelo Beer in the center console.

Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer
Victim, a Juvenile Detention Officer, reports on the above date the above inmate charged at him and hit him in the face. Detention Officer did not sustain any injures. The above was charged and booked accordingly without further incident.

On February 22, 2014 Santa Fe County Deputies responded to #30 Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to a reported subject that was being disorderly. Contact was made with Security and Pojoaque Police Officers. According to Police and security, Martinez was being loud and threatening security and Police. Martinez was beign escorted out of the Casino when he attempted to strike a Police Officer. Martinez was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked.

Sometime between 2/20/14 at 6:00am and 2/21/14 at 8:53am, an unknown person drove into the victim's driveway and crashed the vehicle into the garage door and left. The person caused about $3500.00 in damage.

The above driver was stopped for careless driving and she exhibited signs of impairment. She was placed under arrest and she submitted to a breath test. The results were .17BrAC. She was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On February 20, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on 5999 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM in reference to a reported domestic disturbance. Victim stated after an argument between her and her husband the suspect (husband) grabbed the victim and threw her onto the floor and dragged her around the home. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
