On Friday, February 20, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to 6151 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Victim reported that after a reported domestic dispute an altercation began at which point the suspect pushed the victim onto the floor and forced her into a bathroom where she was not allowed to leave. The suspect left prior to Deputies arrival. A warrant was drafted for the suspects arrest. This case remains under investigation.

Victim reports that on January 12, 2014 at the above location between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., she heard her dog barking and went outside to investigate. Victim noticed that an unknown suspect entered the storage building through unlocked doors. Victim reports nothing was taken and the door didn't appear to be damaged. Case pending further investigation.

Arrested: Clayton Huff 27 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, and Roadways laned for Traffic
A traffic stop was conducted at the above location on a Red in color Jeep Cherokee after a Deputy observed the vheicle failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon contact with the driver an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath and person. The driver also admitted to consuming one Red Ale Beer prior to operating the vehicle. SFST's were administered which the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory at which time agreed to a breath test. Breath test was administered resulting in BrAC .22/.22. Driver was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On Wednesday February 19, 2014 a victim reported he sent an individual a private video. Victim reported the suspect replayed the video for the victim and asked for money in return or the video would be sent to various people. The suspect has not been identified as this time. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a 911 hang-up call. Upon arrival contact was made with female subject who stated her uncle identified above had pushed her during an argument. Medics were called to the scene at which time the suspect kicked a Deputy. Suspect was taken into custody for Battery, and Battery on a peace officer. He was transported to ADC and booked.

Victim reports her son was being aggressive towards her and feared he would battery her. When victim attempted to get away from the above suspect he became physical with her by grabbing her by her hands and slamming the door against them. Suspect also strike victim in the nose. The above was arrested on the above charges without further incident and charged accordingly.
