Victim stated that on August 25, 2013 at approximately 2:00 am unknown suspects attempted to force open the victims gate with an unknown vehicle. The victim reported that the suspect left the area shortely after. Victim reported that his electronic fence and stucco wall was damaged. Value of the damage was estimated at $7,500.00. This case remains under investigation.

On August 24, 2013 Deputies were dispatched to the area of Bishops Lodge Road in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the above listed suspect. The suspect was given SFST"s at which time signs of impairment were noticed. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office where he agreed to a breath test. The suspect alcohol level was over the legal limit. Suspect was booked accordingly.
