Warrant issued: Daniel Perez-Juarez - age 23, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Evidence suggested that the above suspect was the ex-boyfriend of the victim and he gained unlawful entry into the residence by breaking the glass door. Once inside, the suspect battered the victim and then fled prior to the arrival of deputies. The suspect was not located and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Victim reported that he was away from his home on 1/8/14 and when he returned, he noticed his $1300 laptop missing. He suspected people that delivered a pool table to his house may have stolen it. Investigation is still ongoing.

Arrested: Max Lucero 50 year old, Ilfeld, NM, 87538
On January 08, 2014, a Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy observed a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic. The vehicle was stopped at which the the above listed suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered at which time the driver shown signs of impairment. The driver was arrested without incident. A blood draw was conducted and results are pending. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center.
