Stolen/recovered: 1960 International Track Hoe valued at $10,000.
Sometime around January 24th someone stole the victims Track Hoe from his gold claim east or Golden New Mexico. The victim located and recovered his Track Hoe a few miles away on BLM property on February 24th 2014.

Victim: 43 year old male
On February 24,2014 deputies responded to a report of a 14 year old female who had stabbed her father. Upon arrival suspect was found to be armed with a steak knife and intoxicated. Suspect was than taken into custody without incident. Victim was found to have a small laceration on his lower left abdomen. Victim was treated at the scene and released. Suspect's arrest was approved by JPO and suspect was taken to Santa Fe County JDC without incident.

Vehicle was stopped by Deputies for not having proper illumination on registration tag. During the course of the investigation Deputies found that the driver’s privilege to operate a motor vehicle was currently revoked as a result of a prior DWI charge. Vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordnance 2006-5

On Saturday February 23,2014 between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. victim advised unknown persons broke the front passenger side window to victim's vehicle and stole a black wallet which contained US currency. Suspects are pending further investigation.

On Sat. Feb. 22nd 2014 at 9:31 PM the suspect was operating the vehilce north at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side, striking a gaurdrail. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a breath test. Suspect was found to be in possession of an open container of vodka.

On Saturday,February 22, 2014 at 9:47 PM the victim was operating Vehicle #2 at the location. The unknown suspect was operating Vehicle #1 at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect intentionally struck Vehicle #2 with Vehicle #1 and the fled the area. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.
