Victim reported his vehicle was burglarized on this date between 8/15/13 6:00pm and 8/16/13 1200 pm as his vehicle was parked at the above location. Unlawfully entry was gained by entering the unlocked vehicle, and stealing the above listed item.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $300.00

Arrested: John Angelo Lerouge - age 29, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to the above location regarding an altercation between two brothers. The investigation concluded that the above suspect battered his brother, causing injury to his arm and face. The suspect was placed under arrest at the scene. Upon arrival to the Adult Detention Center, the above suspect struck the arresting deputy with his forehead. The suspect was charged with batter against a peace officer in addition to the initial charge of aggravated battery.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a call of a male stealing copper wiring from the location. Upon Deputy arrival, they located the suspect still attempting to remove the copper wiring from the establishment. Male suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim reports a verbal altercation ensued between her and the above suspect, which turned physical. Victim reports the above grabbed her by the arms and pushed her to bed, then placed an arm across her chest holding her against her will. Victim also reports the above raised a hand in the air causing her to believe she was going to be struck. Prior to the above suspect leaving the above location the above listed items were damaged. Case still pending further investigation.
