On Saturday, August 10, 20133 at 11:29 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location in regards to a disturbance. Upon arrival the suspect, who was intoxicated, was uncooperative and had to be physically restrained. The suspect resisted being restrained and was subsequntly subdued.

On Friday, August 9, 2013 at 10:09 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

On August 08, 2013 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the area of 873 Old Las Vegas Hwy in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon Deputies arrival they spoke with the above listed suspect who was involved in the crash. Suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered, suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Suspect resfused chemical testing and was booked accordingly.

Victim stated on August 08, 2013 between the hours of 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into his vehicle and took the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

Location: New Mexico DOT yard located on State Road 14
Stolen: unleaded gasoline
Sometime between 5:00PM on 08-07-13 and 8:00AM on 08-08-13 someone gained access to the DOT yard by crawling under a hole in the southern fence line. They siphoned approximatley 200 gallons of fuel from a 2000 gallon storage tank, although a large quantity of that fuel spilled on the ground near the tank. They also bent and damaged a fuel pump nozzle (lock handle) on the top of the tank. Damage amount unknown. DOT employees made alterations to the storage tanks to prevent fuel from being stolen since this incident.

Arrested: Phyllis Maestas 36 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery aganist a household member
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated his wife, the above suspect struck him in the head with a glass beer bottle after getting into a verbal argument. The above suspect was arrested and booking accordingly without further incident on the above charges.
