Victim reports that around 1;45 today he unknown suspect(s) attempted to gained unlawful forced entry into the above location through a west facing door.  Entry was attempted by kicking in the door.  Case still pending further.


0212020041/ Aggravated Battery on a Household Member/ 12-30-12

Arrested: Jorge Lopez age: 33

Charges: Aggravated Battery on a Household Member

On 12-30-12, Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival Deputies made contact with the victim who reported a family member had struck the victim in the head with a shotgun. Deputies were able to locate the above suspect was located and placed under arrest. The victim did recieve a laceration from the shotgun, which needed medical attention. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.


0212020039 Burglary Auto 12-30-12

Location: 1000 Block of Camino Vista Aurora (Santa Fe Area)

Stolen: Kenwood Car Stereo, Kenwood 19” car video monitor, 2 Kenwood 15’ subwoofers, 1000w Kenwood amplifier.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00pm on 12-29-12 and 2:15am on 12-30-11 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized forced entry into her 1992 Chevy Blazer and stole the above stated items. Entry was made by breaking the rear passenger side window. Case is still under investigation.


0212020038 Aggravated DWI 12-30-12

Location: Beckner Road/ Cerrillos Road

Arrested: Della Tenorio age 41 of Tesuque NM

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Interstate 25 mm 271 in reference to a vehicle swerving all over the highway. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was initiated just north of the intersection of Beckner Road/ Cerrillos Road. Driver submitted to the standardized field sobriety tests and again showed signs of impairment. He refused to submit to a breath at which time she was placed under arrest for Aggravated DWI and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.


0212019960, Fraud, Issuing Worthless checks, 12/28/12

Victim reports he purchased an antique set of spurs from an antique dealer approximately one year ago and discovered that they were reproductions and not of antique value.  Victim has attempted to recover funds he used to purchase the spurs and was given a worthless check written from a closed bank account.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect:  Marylyn Ricardson, 30, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 2:12 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle westbound at the location when for reason(s) unknown she lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side striking a tree.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.  The suspect was treated at the scene for minor in juries and declined any further medical attention.

Charged:  Transfering or Receiving Stolen Property, Minor Under the Influence of Alcohol

On Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 3:16 AM the suspect was obeserved pushing a shopping cart at the location.  The cart contained 2 bicycles, miscellaneous DVDs and electronic equipment which contained markings from Walmart.  It was subsequently learned that all of the items had been taken from the Walmart Super Center.  The suspect was also found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor.  All of the items were photographed, inventoried and returned to the store. 


Case # 0212019914/ Bringing contraband into a place of imprisonment/ 12-27-2012

On December 27, 2012 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. An individual sent a Christmas card to an imate at the jail and while the mail was being searched, a substance believed to be Syboxin was located in the seem of the card. The suspected narcotics were seized and a report was made. This case is under investigation.


0212019940 Breaking and Entering, Violation of an Order of Protection 12/27/2012

Arrested: Clyde Lucero 40 year old male, Santa Fe NM

Victim stated that on this date the above named suspect forced his way into the victim’s residence without permission, after entering the residence defendant called the victim from the home phone. Victim asked the defendant why he was in her house and the defendant begun cursing at her. The suspect was located inside the residence he was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Item Stolen: Blood Hound dog

Victim reported to Deputy that unknown persons stole the listed dog out of the rear of his truck. Victim stated the dog was tied before the theft and the tailgate to the truck was opened when he returned. Case is under investigation.
