Deputies responded to a medical assist call in the Pojoaque Pueblo involving an un-responsive 54 year old female. Paramedics were unable to revive the female and it appears that she died of medical problems complicated with alcohol abuse. No foul play is suspected.

Suspect: Christine Ortega, age 20, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 6/14/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. A Correctional Officer saw a female from B100 pass something under the doorway to another inmate. Located were 2 syringes and a plunger which was wrapped in plastic wrap that were found in the suspects waistband of her uniform. Suspect was rebooked and charged accordingly.

Location: US Hwy 84/285, Kicks gas station (Pojoaque area)
Arrested: Alvaro Romero 35 year old male,Santa FeNM
On this date Deputies were dispatched to the Pojoaque area of US Hwy 84/285 in reference to a rolling domestic. The suspect vehicle was located in the Pojoaque Kicks 66 gas station pump. Evidence was located that the female drover had been battered so the above listed suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Paseo C De Baca - La Cienega
Victim reports that sometime between 8:00am and 10:30am, on June 14, 2013, someone forced entry into the residence through a bathroom window and rummaged through bedroom drawers. Nothing was missing from inside. No suspects were known at the time of this report.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:30am and 12:30pm on June 14, 2013, someone forced entry through the garage door and stole an air compressor from inside. The compressor is valued at $400. No suspects were known at the time of report.

National Wide Home Mortgage reports there was $5000 in damage done to the interior of a home they forclosed. Suspects are still unknown. The mortgage company is still researching prior tenants to the residence.

Arrested: Cardida Aragon, 19 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Selling or Giving Alcoholic Beverages to a minors: possession of alcoholic beverages by minors
Victim reports that a verbal argument insued between her and the above suspect. Suspect pushed victim and was found to be under the influence. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly into ADC without further incident.

Location: 4100 Cheyenne Circle, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Primera Subdivision)
On 6/13/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 6/12/13 at 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into the residence through a window. Victim stated that unknown persons took a laptop computer. Estimated value of item taken is $1,900.00. There was no damage to the residence.

Arrested: Phillip Herrera, 40 YOA, Santa Fe, NM 87506
On this date Deputy were dispatched to the above stated area in regards to an intoxicated male at the residence. Upon Deputies arrival, the intoxicated male observed Deputies arriving to the scene and attempted to flee. The male was told to stop and did not comply with any verbal commands. A small foot pursuit ensued and the above stated suspect was placed under arrest. The victim advised priot to our arrival to the residence, the suspect threatened to burn the house down with the victim in it. The suspect was arrested and biiked accordingly.

On 6/13/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. unknown suspects gained entry into her residence, her vehicle, and her shed. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole a Wii gaming system, 20 Wii games, misc. US Currency, a Jig Saw, 2 extension cords, a bicycle, and misc. tools. Estimated value of items taken is $2,062.00. Estimated damage to the bathroom door and the shed door is $100.00.
