Victim reports suspect (s) entered supply shed and removed various spools of wire and copper fittings. Victim arrived and suspect (s) fled on foot.  All property was recovered.  Case is under investigation.

Location:  residence off of Tango Road, Santa Fe, NM (Cuyamungue)

On 11/26/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 11/21/13 and 11/26/13 unknown persons entered the property and stole misc. rims and a diamond plate box.  Estimated value of items taken is $2,225.00.

Location:  residence off of Camino Bajo, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 14)

On 11/26/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between 9/1/13 and 11/21/13 unknown persons gained entry to one of his work trucks and stole a radiator.  Estimated value of the radiator is $350.00.

Location:  100 block of Tesuque Village Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 11/26/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that today she noticed a $90.00 check and $200.00 was taken from her purse.  Victim stated that  she believes a female who used to clean her residence took her money and her vacuum.  Victim estimated the value of the vacuum to be $800.00.   Estimated value of items stolen is $1,090.00.

Date: 11/23/2013

Victim reported being contacted by medical staff at Presbyterian Hospital inquiring information on her recent visits. Victim reported never being seen at the location victim reported being incarcerated at the time of the visits. Victims insurance card and policy have since been canceled.

Location: I-25 southbound between the Eldorado and Old Pecos Trail exits

Victim reported that on the above date as she was in her vehicle driving into Santa Fe when, an unknown female pulled out a handgun, pointed and shot at the victims car. The gun is believed to be a bb guns because a "pop" noise was heard, but no damage was found on the victims vehicle. The suspect vehicle was a gold SUV and continued southbound on I-25.

Location: Residence on Cottonwood Lane in Arroyo Seco

Deceased: 87-year-old female from Arroyo Seco

On 11-25-13 at about 9:00AM a family member found an 87-year-old female deceased in her residence.  She suffered heart problems and was in poor health.  No signs of foul play were discovered.

Location: Agua Fria Rd/South Meadows - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Sarah Montano - age 32, Pecos, NM

The above driver was stopped for failing to yield. When deputies made contact with her, she exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She refused to submit to a breath test and was booked into the Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Location:  residence off of Ponces Road, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

On 11/25/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an Embezzlement of a motor vehicle.  Victim stated that he lent his vehicle a 1996 white Toyota Tacoma to his friend.  Victim stated that the friend never returned the vehicle.  The friend was arrested by Sandia Pueblo Police for an unrelated charge.  Victim made contact with the suspect who stated that she would tell him where the vehicle is at if he bonded her out.  Estimated value of the vehicle is $4,000.00.

On 11/25/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a fraud.  Complainant stated that a male subject wrote a check on 11/12/13 for $500.00 and a check for $935.00 on 11/13/13 for services rendered.  Complainant stated that both checks bounced and had to pay $8.00 for each check.  Estimated value of the 2 checks is $1,451.00.
