On 5/20/13 deputy responded to above area in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument about money. Victim pulled vehicle over at above location in which the suspect then struck victim in the face. Victim had red discoloration in the face area. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: Avenida De Ricardo (La Cienega area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a death investigation. The victim (32 year old female) was found by family member unconscious and unresponsive. Paramedics arrived on scene CPR was not conducted. There did not appear to any signs of foul play at the scene, and death is unknown at this time. This incident is currently under investigation the Sheriff’s Office.

Complainant stated between the hours of 12:00 pm on 05/17/19 and 12:50 pm on 05/19/13 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. This case remains under investigation.

On 05/18/13 the Santa Fe Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a unresponsive 44 year old male subject. Santa Fe Sheriff's Office arrived along with Santa Fe County Medics. No signs of life were found on the 44 year old male subject. OMI arrived on scene on pronounced the victim deaceased.

Suspect: David Schroeder, age 34, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Receiving or Transferring a Stolen Motor Vehicle
On 5/18/13 deputy observed vehicle parked on the roadway and a male standing outside the vehicle. Vehicle returned back stolen out of Texas. Suspects backpack and medication was located in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Value of the vehicle is $2,500.00.

Location: 100 block of Sunrise Road, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 5/18/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 10/15/12 and 5/18/13 unknown persons broke into his shed by prying open the door. Victim stated that unknown persons took his Skil circular saw and a 14" chain saw. Estimated value of items taken is $375.00. Estimated damage amount is $20.00.

Location: Bisbee Court - Rancho Viejo
Three male suspects entered a business in the above location and bound/restrained the two employees. The suspects were armed with handguns and stole items from inside. The suspects fled the area in one of the victim's vehicle. Investigation is still ongoing.

Stolen: Wallet, Bof A Credit Card, New Mexico drivers license, Social Security Card, and Sears discount card
Victim reported on today's date he was at the above location and he left his wallet at the above location. The victim checked his credit card and it was detrmined that his credit card was used on two seperate occasions at two seperate gas stations within Santa Fe. This case is currently under investigation.

On 5/17/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted robbery. Victim stated that an unknown male ran towards him with a rock in his hand. Victim stated that suspect covered his face with his shirt and demanded his wallet. Victim stated that the suspect threatened to hit him over the head with a rock. Suspect fled the area when victim called for his dog.

On 5/17/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Victim stated between May 16, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. and May 17, 2013 at 6:00 a.m. his vehicle was keyed by an unknown suspect. Estimated damage amount is $1,200.00.
