Victim: 64 year old male
On 10/20/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an unconcious, not breathing male. Witnesses stated that victim was walking out of the business towards his vehicle in the parking lot when he then sat on a rock wall. Witnesses stated that the male then vomited and then fell to the ground. Witnesses called 911 and started chest compressions. Medical personnel arrived and stated victim had no pulse. OMI was contacted. Family was later contacted and stated that the family has had heart problems. No foul play was involved.

Arrested: Edwin Rivera 60 years old,Santa Fe NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. Driver refused SFST’s and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Well attempting to secure suspect in police car he spit on a Santa Fe Police Officer’s face. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Damaged: Jacuzzi, laminate flooring
On the above date, security/management at the Buffalo Thunder Resort reported intentional damage to a Jacuzzi. An unknown suspect(s) somehow damaged a water jet to the Jacuzzi in the men’s locker room, causing the water to overflow the Jacuzzi and filled the locker room floor with water. The water on the floor also caused some damage to a small piece of laminate flooring. The damage to the Jacuzzi and floor totaled between $5,000.00 -$10,000.00 according to management

On 10/20/12 Deputy was dispatched to take a report in reference to an Auto Burglary that happened at 35 Fire Place at the Santa Fe Brewing company. Victim stated that between the hours of 3:00 P.M and 5:00 P.M unknown suspects broke his right front window to his vehicle and took a laptop computer, an Iphone, and an Ipad. Estimated value of items taken is $1500.00. Estimated damage amount is $400.00.

On 10/20/12 at approximately 6:49 P.M I Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 4:30 P.M and 6:45 P.M unknown suspects broke her right front window to her vehicle and took a black Ipod touch. Estimated value of item taken is $300.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Location: Hyde Park Road & Kachina Heights Drive, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/19/12 a 1980 GMC pickup was set on fire in the South Summit lot across from Kachina Heights Drive off of Hyde Park Road. Vehicle returned to suspect as registered owner. Santa Fe Regional Dispatch made contact with suspect by phone to ask about vehicle. Suspect advised he sold vehicle to the owner of South Summit, and asked, "Why? Was the vehicle set on fire?" Deputy was unable to make contact with suspect. Case still under investigation. Value of vehicle is pending.

On this date at about 11:58pm unknown suspect unlawfully entered the above residence by unknown means. A Private security company was checking on the residence at about 11:50 when he noticed the window screens had been removed, and a male subject was seen running from the residence wearing a white hooded sweat shirt, blue pants and was about 6’4” tall.

Deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Drive displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver admitted to consuming several mixed alcoholic drinks. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Shanto G Demontaigu 34 year old female, Santa Fe NM
On this date Deputies responded to a fight in the area of Via Brisa. Deputy was giving a courtesy ride home to the above suspect. Upon arriving at the suspect’s residence the suspect began arguing with Deputy then battered the Deputy. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 42' Vizio Flat Screen TV. 19" Magnavox Flat Screen T.V., 19" Panasonic Flat Screen T.V DVD Player and Sharper Image Air Purifier.
Sometime between 9:00am and 10:45pm on October 18, 2012 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry to the above residence and ransacked the entire house and stole the above items. No signs of forced entry were found.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $1600.00
