Someone broke the windows on two vehicles at a residence on Paseo De Angel between 1:00AM and 3:00AM on 08-24-2013.

Arrested: Dennis Serrano 23 yoa male, Espanola NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin, and Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Suboxone
Deputies responded to the above location in referenc to a narcotics violation. Correction Officers performed a strip search on the above individual and located 4 orange in color strips suspected to be suboxone and a black tar-like substance suspected to be heroin. The above was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Correction Officers performed a strip search on the above individual and located 4 white pills suspected to be suboxone. The above indiviidual was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Stolen: Brown handbag, small purse, $450.00 in cash, set of keys, New Mexico Driver License, and Debit card Total estimated value: $470.00
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reports sometime between the hours of 7:00p.m. and 11:00p.m. unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into a 2008 Chrysler Aspen by breaking the driver side front window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Deputies responded to the above residence in reference to a residential burglary. Victim reports between the August 23, 2013 at 9pm and August 24, 2013 at 2am unknown suspects gained unlawful forced entry through a living room window. Once inside the above items were taken. A window screen was damaged from where entry was gained into the home. Case still pending further.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between August 21, 2013 at 7:30 pm and today August 22, 2013 at 10:30 am unknown persons entered the victims vehicle and stole a set of keys from the console. CAse is under investigation.

Location: Pojoaque High School
On 08-20-13 at about 9:00PM 2 individuals entrered the Pojoaque High School property and spray painted graffiti on several exterior walls and doors of the school. They also broke a school window with a rock. The suspects also broke the windshield and passenger window of a security vehicle and spray painted graffiti on the vehicle. The total amount of damages is unknown at this time.

Victim reports at the above location unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry sometime between the hours of 11:00a.m. and 9:45p.m. on the above date. There were no signs of forced entry. Once inside the above items were taken. A wall was damaged where the safe was mounted causing a total estimated value of damage $100.00. Case still pending further.

Suspect: Victoria Adams 53 year old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505
Victim report that after the defendant became upset over issues over landscaping, she began breaking windows inside the home. Defendant left, but returned shortly after to break 13 more windows around the home. Defendant became aware that law enforcement was called at which time she became upset and threw a rock at victim # 2. Defendant then broke the windows to victim # 2 vehicle. The defendant was located and arrested. The defendant was charged and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
