Victim's car was burglarized between 9:00am and 2:00pm on September 26, 2012. There was no forced entry and victim believes she may have left the car unlocked. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of this report.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained by cutting a screen to an open window. Victim reports while on vacation she returned to find the above item missing from the above location. The last time the victim saw the earrings was on July 16, 2012 and noticed they were gone on August 7, 2012. Case still pending further investigation.

Suspect: Robert Hayden 28 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI and Careless Driving
Above suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location where he lost control of his vehicle. When deputies made contact with the above suspect he displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to consuming a beer earlier in the evening. Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the above suspect displayed clues of impairment. A breath test showed results of breath alcohol content of .11/.11. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

On Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 2:31 AM the suspect placed his hand inside the victim's pants and fondled the victim's genitials. The victim then pushed the suspect away and at that time the suspect bit the victim on the right forearm.

Unknown suspect(s) took the above items once inside the vehicles and damaged several other vehicles steering columns. Total estimated value of damage $2,200.00. Case still pending investigation.

Stolen: One (1) 32" LG flatscreen television, and an undetermined amount of liquor in bottles
Victim reported that between the hours of 12:30 am to 3:30 am unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s business and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the business. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $1,300.00
0212015315 Breaking and Entering 09/28/2012

Location:5992 Airport Road(Airport Rd area)
On this date at about 11:19pm two unknown suspects unlawfully entered the business after kicking the front door window open. The two suspects ran inside the business then immediately ran out. Suspects were wearing blue jeans, one was wearing a red hooded jacket and suspect two was wearing a white and gray hooded jacket. The incident was caught on video surveillance.
The damage was estimated at about $550.00

Stolen: Credit One Credit Card Account Number
Victim reported that he checked his online account to the above stated account and found $17,975.33 of unauthorized charges to his account. The charges were made to a software company. At this time suspects have not been identified or located and the case is currently under investigation.
