Victim/Owner reports property was accessed overnight by climbing over the chain link fenced property and several work vehicles and two portable buildings were unlawfully entered. Various tools and batteries are reported missing. case is under investigation.

Arrested: Michelle Pacheco 42 yoa female, Espanola NM
Charges: DWI, Driving Center Left Divide, and License to be Carried and Exhibited on Demand
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a White in color Kia Optima at the above location after observing the vehicle cross over the center divided line coming into oncoming traffic. Upon contact with the driver an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath and person. Driver also admitted to comsuming 3 shots prior to operating the vehicle. SFST's were administered at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment. The above was placed under arrest and provided a Breath test with a result of .12/ .11. The above was booked accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (53 year old male) was found unresponsive by a family friend Life saving efforts were made to resuscitate the victim but were unsuccessful. It is undetermined at this time what the exact cause of deaht is but no signs of foul play were noted at the scene.

Victim reported to Deputy that at or around 4:29 am on September 18, 2013 unknown persons gained entry into her home and set off the alarm. The suspect then left the residence and left a key. Victim stated she believes she has a suspect in mind due to the fact she is having troubles with the person after he failed to do work he claimed he completed.

Deputies responded to the establishment in reference to two male shoplifters. Upon Deputy arrival and speaking to the employee, he was able to identify the suspects and after obtaining all information needed for the report he located the suspects outside the establishment. After contacting the suspects both were arrested and taken to jail.

On 9/19/13 deputy responded to the Sheriff's Office to take an embezzlement report. Victim stated that on January 2, 2013 he gave a male subject $3,250.00 to help him obtain papers for legal residency. Victim stated that he never received any papers and the suspect would not give him his money back. Victim stated that he is unable to make contact with suspect.

At 5:44pm on 9/18/13, Deputy Garcia conducted a traffic stop at the above location. The driver was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and further investigation showed evidence the driver was involved in the distribution of the suspected marijuana. The driver was arrested and booked into ADC.
