On Monday, June 24, 2013 at 3:47 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in response to a report of a Criminal Sexual Penetration. The suspect had non-consensual sexual intercourse with the victim. The victim was transported by ambulance to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where an examination revealed injuries consistent with a sexual battery

Suspect: Male, 21, Albuquerque, NM
On Monday, June 24, 2013 at 12:00 AM the suspect entered a residence at the location through an unlocked door. Once inside the residence the suspect grabbed the victim by the arms and also took her cell phone to prevent her for calling for help. The suspect fled the scene prior to arrival of Law Enfforcement. The victim waqs not injured as a result of this incident.

Arrested: 41 Year Old Aaron Park, Santa Fe, NM 87506
Deputies responded the the area of North Shining Sun in reference to a 911 hang up. Law enforcement arrived and located a victim with a gunshot wound to his leg. Initial reports indicated that after a altercation with the suspect, teh suspect shot the victim in the leg. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported between June 15, 2013 and June 22, 2013 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into his stock trailer and took the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

The victim's residence was forcible entered on June 22, 2013 and game consoles and cash were stolen from inside while the victim and his family were out of town. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

The victim reported that he parked his vehicle on the side of the roadway after getting a flat tire at 1:00am on June 23, 2013. When he returned to his vehicle at about 11:00am on the same day, he found the window broken and the stereo, amps, speakers and battery missing. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic altercation. The investigation showed evidence the above person committed battery on her husband and she was placed under arrest. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Charges: Driving while license is suspended/revoked
Above deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location on a White in color Mitsubishi Galant for vehicle not maintaining it's lane. Upon contact with the driver it was discovered the driver had a suspended/revoked license with the arrest clause attached. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Location: Cottonwood Drive/ Agua Fria Street
Arrested: Michael Graviet, 42 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI, No Seatbelt, and Roadways laned for Traffic
Above deputy conducted a traffic stop on a White Color Chevy Blazer after observing the driver was not wearing a seatbelt at the above location. Once contact was made with the drive an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from the driver's breath and person. Driver admitted to comsuming 2 beers prior to driving. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the above suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was then arrested and administered to a Breath Test, resulting over the legal limit of .08. Suspect was booked and charged without further incident at ADC.
