On 6/17/13 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Complainant stated that between 6/12/13 at 5:00 p.m. and 6/17/13 at 10:00 a.m. unknown persons attempted to burn the slide which caused slight damage by having cigarette burn marks on the plastic. Estimated damage amount is $2,000.00.

On 6/17/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1:00 p.m. and 5:50 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his residence by breaking a window. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a watch, a Xbox 360 gaming system with a controller, misc. DVDs, misc. Xbox games, an Iphone, and a comforter. Estimated value of items taken is $2,850.00. Estimated damage amount is $1000.00

On this date it was reported that sometime within the last month some unknown person(s) entered the bathrooms at the above location and damaged the above listed items with an unknown object.

Arrested: Jacob Quintana - age 19, Santa Fe
The above individual was arrested on June 16, 2013 after he was observed spray painting in a culvert under I-25. The individual had fled from Deputies and was apprehended shortly after. He was booked into the adult detention center.

Charges: Battery on a Household Member
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reports the above suspect/ mother slapped him in the face. Suspect admitted to slapping the victim in the face. Suspect was then placed under arrest on the above charge and booked accordingly without further incident.

Correction Officers conducted a pat search on the above individual. Upon searching the above suspect he was found in possession of an orange in color substance wrapped in plastic. Suspect was booked and charged accordingly withough further incident.

Location: E. Sunbird Ln. Pojoaque
Deputies responded to a medical assist call in the Pojoaque Pueblo involving an un-responsive 54 year old female. Paramedics were unable to revive the female and it appears that she died of medical problems complicated with alcohol abuse. No foul play is suspected.

On 6/14/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. A Correctional Officer saw a female from B100 pass something under the doorway to another inmate. Located were 2 syringes and a plunger which was wrapped in plastic wrap that were found in the suspects waistband of her uniform. Suspect was rebooked and charged accordingly.
