Location: 250 Irvine st, Santa Fe New Mexico

Arrested: Tony J. Dominguez 63 YOM

Subject was being evicted from his residence. Information was shared with Deputy that subject has an active warrant. A check revealed that the subject did have an active warrant. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center (ADC) where he was charged and booked accordingly without further incident. 


Case#2024004078/Battery on a household member/08-07-23

Assigned: J Flores-Ramirez

Entering: Sgt. C Valencia

Location: Camino Portillo, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Adam Sergeant, 45YOM, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, the victim stated that she and the suspect had an argument. During the argument, the suspect pushed a glass table towards the victim, causing it to break on her arm. It was also learned during the argument the suspect grabbed the victim by her shoulders. Signs of physical injury were located on the victim. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported, and booked accordingly.


2024004036/ SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS (REMAND)/ 8/6/2024

Location: 225 Montezuma st SFNM  (First Judicial District Court)

Arrested: Simon S Sena 34 YOM

Sena arrived at court and was remanded for failing to follow conditons of his release. Sena was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center (ADC) where he was charged and booked accordingly without further incident. 


Case#2024004066 Warrant Arrest 08-07-24

Assigned: R. Blea 

Entering: Sgt. E. Webb Jr. 

Location:El Llano Road (Espanola)

Arrested: Anthony Stroop 50 yoa male (Espanola)

Subject was contacted during a traffic stop. He was found to have an active warrant for his arrest issued by the Espanola Municipal Court for failure to appear. He was booked into SFADC without incident. 


Case #2024004026 / Embezzlement / 08/06/2024

Deputy Assigned: J. Corley

Commander Entering: Sgt. V. Baca

Location: Nine Mile Road (Santa Fe)

Embezzled: Louis Vuitton Purse (1,000.00)

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny.  The victim stated she had loaned the above mentioned item to a friend three months ago.  The suspect has not returned the item and has converted it to her own use.  Pending an interview with the suspect, charges will be filed.


Case #2024004032 / Possession of a Controlled Substance X2 / 08/06/2024

Deputy Assigned: F. Trujillo

Location: 28 Camino Justicia (SFCADF)

Arrested: Crystal Rodriguez (31 YOF)

Deputies were dispatched to a call for service in reference to a narcotics violation. Corrections staff reported during routine cell searches for contraband, Ms. Rodriguez was found in possession of 85 pills of Ecstasy, and 12 pills of Alprazolam.  Ms. Rodriguez was charged and rebooked.


Case #2024004008 // Aggravated Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property - 8/5/2024

Location: John Michael Lane

Stolen: Hand tools, Welder, Firearm 

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a burglary. Investigation revealed an unknown suspect broke into the residence and shop and took the above items. At this time it is still pending what all was taken and the case remains active. 


Case #2024004006 / Larceny / 08/05/2024

Deputy Assigned: C. Cullison

Location: Camino Capilla VIeja (Santa Fe)

Stolen: $4,000.00 in car parts

Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a larceny.  The victim reported two packages were delievered to her address and had been stolen. The incident is believed to have occurred on July 18, 2024.


Case #2024004002 / Burglary - Larceny - Criminal Damage / 08/05/2024

Location: Shenandoah Trail (Santa Fe)

Stolen / Damaged: $42,000.00 in power tools - wood-chipper

Deputies were dispatched to a call for service in reference to a burglary. The victim stated the incident occurred between 7/31/24 and 8/5/2024. The victim reported someone broke into his detached garage and stole multiple items. There were ATV tire tracks and shoe impressions located on the scene..


Case #2024003994 // Aggravated DUI, Open Container, Other Traffic Violations - 8/5/2024

Location: NM 14/Fire Place

Arrested: Nicasio Santiago-Maldonado (30 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a vehicle that was parked in a traffic lane. Upon arrival the driver was found asleep in the driver seat blocking the left lane. A DUI investigation was conducted and signs of impairment were observed. Driver blew 0.18 BAC.
