On 11-21-12 Donald Salazar was found to be in possession of a crushed Suboxen pill, Marijuana, and several syringes. Donald had been booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on 11-20-12 on a probation violation. Donald was rebooked accordingly on the above charges.

On Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 2:18 PM Bernal was operating Vehicle #1 north at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. Ventura-Trujillo was operating Vehicle #2 south at the location in the outside lane of travel. For reason(s) unknown Bernal lost control of Vehicle #1 allowing it to cross the double center divide line. As a result the front bumper of Vehicle #1 struck the left side of Vehicle #2: Bernal was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was treated and released for minor, non-life threatening injuries. Ventura-Trujillo was transported to Los Alamos Medical Center where she was treated and released for minor, non-life threatening injuries. Passenger #2 was transported to Los Alamos Medical Center and then to the University of New Mexico Hospital where she was admitted in stable condition for non-life threatening injuries. The Victim sucmbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:21 PM by Deputy medical Investigator Chris Martinez.

On 11/20/12 deputies responded to a residence on Nina's Drive to assist the Fire Department with an unconcious adult male. Upon arrival deputies and Fire personnel found a 56 yr old male deceased from chronic medical issues. No foul play is suspected.

Deputy assigned: Kurt Whyte Commander entering: Cpl. Nathan Segura Location: Camino Polvoso(Agua Fria Area) Stolen: a black in color Sony 42" flat screen television, Xbox video game system, Nintendo Wii, RCA Blue Ray DVD player, video games, various DVD movies. Victim reported that sometime between 9:00am and 4:10pm on 11-20-12 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry to his residence by kicking in the rear door of the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. In conjunction with an investigation with the Santa Fe Police Department a David Perez-Mendoza (21 yrs) was arrested and charge with the incident. Case is still under investigation.

Nathan Segura Location: Airport Road/ Calle Po-Ae-Pi Arrested: Justin Hall 28yrs Driver was stopped for a speeding traffic violation at the above intersection. Upon initiating contact with the driver he was found to show signs of impairment. He was administered SFST’s where he continued to displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Charged: Agg. DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic, No Insurance
On 11/19/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash in which the suspect crossed left of center and struck a tree. Suspect was transported to St. Vincent Hospital where deputy had suspect administer SFST's. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect also had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent in which suspect refused to submit to a blood test. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect did not have proof of insurance for his vehicle.

Victim reported that between 11/14/12 @ 8pm and 11/18/12 @ 4pm; unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to her residence. The victim believes the suspects gained entry through an unlocked rear window to the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above items.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $300.00

On November 18, 2012, Victim advised that sometime between 1PM on11/17/12 and 4:45PM on 11/18/12, unknown suspect(s) made entry to his home through a window and stole a PS3. No other items in the residence were missing. There was no damage to the window where the suspect made entry.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $320.00
