On above date victim stated between 7-23-2012 and 7-31-2012 an unknown family member took misc. diamond jewelry and a black Coach purse from within the residence. Victim stated the items were taken after the family member visited her. Estimated value of the items taken is $26650.00.

On above date victim stated she noticed after going to her bank several unusual charges. Victim stated someone activated an ATM card under her name and used it through out the Espanola/Chimayo area. Victim stated $5000 in charges were made on the ATM card. Charges were made from 7-1-2012 to 8-2-2012.

Missing: Vena Mary Jane Greenfield, 15 yoa, 5'8, 135 lbs, Black hair (Shaved in the back) with blonde highlights, pierced eye brow (Left), pierced left ear with an "Industrial" bar, pierced right nostril, last seen wearing a black "Concert" T-shirt with red lettering, black shorts, and black shoes with pink tongues. Last known location: Cathedral Park, Santa Fe, NM. She was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

On Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11:16 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location The altercation turned physical when the suspect picked up a piece of metal pipe (re bar) and struck the victim in the head. The victim was transported by Santa Fe County Fire Department Ambulance to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was admitted in stable condition for treatement of non-life threatening injuries.

Victim stated that he left on 7/27/12 at 1030 hours and returned on 7/28/12 at 1800 hours to find that he was missing money from within. Victim stated that he believes he left his garage door open. Estimated amount that was stolen was $3500.00.
