The above listed subject was arrested on a four outstanding warrants for: Kidnapping; Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Household member (with intent to commit a felony) Aggravated Battery on a household member with a Deadly Weapon; Trafficking a controlled substance, to-wit: Cocaine; DWI-failure to appear; Shoplifting-failure to appear and charged with Resisting, or Obstructing an officer. Subject was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports that his single-axle trailer was stolen between 1/3/2013 and 2/5/2013. The trailer contained about $3500.00 in construction material. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Victim reports he was involved in a domestic dispute on February 3rd with his wife and two adult step-sons. During the dispute, the wife reportedly directed the sons to beat up the victim and take his wallet. The wife reportedly removed the victim's driver's license, social security card, and residency card from the wallet and kept the documents. The victim reported the incident two days after the incident because he wanted his documents returned. Investigation is still ongoing in this matter.

Suspect: Ricardo Gonzalez, 18, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, No Insurance
On Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 3:07 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location attempting to make a left turn. During the turn the suspect was unable to maintain a single lane of travel and almost struck the right edge curb. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On Tuesday, February 5, 2013 the suspect was found to be in possession of two syringes while at the above location. The syringes did not contain any controlled substances. The suspect had been booked into the facility earlier in the day,

Ms. Vargas was reported as missing by her family after they returned home from work, not finding her home. Ms. Vargas may be in the Albuquerque area with an unknown friend. Deputies are following up on the case.

Victim reported that her home was burglarized on 2/4/13, between 8:50am and 10:00am, and a laptop, Ipod touch and MP3 player were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.
