Deputy Responded to the jail in reference to an inmate being found with contraband. It was discovered that the inmate had in his possession several strips of an illegal drug. The inmate was charged accordingly and re booked into the jail.

Location: residence off of Camino Los Gardunos, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/17/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted burglary. Victim stated that this wife heard someone at the south facing door to the residence and told him. Victim went to the rear of the residence and found the window screen and bottom window on the door removed and laying on the ground. Victim did not seen anyone or any vehicles in the area. A partial shoe impression was located outside the residence. Estimated damage amount is $150.00.

On 08-16-2012 the above mentioned subject was arrested on a Arrest Order with Probation for failure to comply on the original charge of embezzlement. Suspect was also arrested on a bench warrant on a grand jury indictment for embezzlement over 2500.

On this date Deputies responded to the above area in reference to gunshots upon arrival the above suspect was located arguing with her mother holding a handgun. Suspect refused to put the gun down when ordered to. Suspect was tased and taken into custody. Two spent shell casings were located in the driveway, Suspect was arrested on the above charges.
