On Friday, August 17, 2012 at 12:56 AM deputies responded to the location in reference to an inmate being found with a syringe. The syringe was located on the suspect's person as he was being searched prior to being moved to a different housing unit. The syringe did not contain a controlled substance and/or residue.

On 8/16/12 deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate being in possession of a controlled substance in the Recreation Area. One of the Corrections Officers observed the suspect stuff an item into her bra and confronted her. It was learned that the items were a black tar substance and a green leafy substance and a syringe. Suspect was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/16/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim reports unknown persons gained entry into her residence sometime between the dates of 8/15/12 at 0800 hours and 8/16/12 at 1700 hours. Victim stated that unknown persons took $20.00 in change and a jewelry box with misc. jewelry. Estimated value of items taken is $420.00.

On 8/16/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to an attempted burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 1600 and 1900, unknown persons attempted to gain enty into her residence by pushing in the press board to the front door window and reaching in and attempting to unlock the door. Victim stated that the suspects did not gain entry. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.

Charged: Aggravated DWI, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked
On Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 7:30 PM the above vehicle was reported as being operated recklessly. The vehiclie was subsequently located at the location on the shoulder of the roadway and the suspect was determined to be in physical control of the vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect''s New Mexico Driver's license is revoked with the Arrest Clause Attached. As a result the vehicle was siezed in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 (DWI Vehicle Seizure)

On 8/15/12 deputy stopped at above address to serve paperwork in which it was learned that the suspect had 2 bench warrants out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear and failure to comply with conditions of probation. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 12:30 AM the suspect was involved in a verbal altercation with his girl friend at a residence at the location. The victim attempted to halt the altercation at which time it became physical. The suspect struck the victim on the left side of her face with a closed fist and pushed her to the floor. The victim sustained minor injuries to her face and torso but declined medical attention.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:00am and 7:15am on 8/13/2012, her ex boyfriend unlawfully stolen her 2004 Chevy pick up truck. Case is still under investigation. Vehicle was unable to be entered in NCIC as a stolen motor vehicle due to lack of vehicle information.

On 08-14-12 the complainant stated on 08-13-12 someone damaged an interior door connecting the main house to an attached apartment. According to the complainant the door was pryed open. The complainant estimated the damage at $1,000.00. The case is under investigation.
