Arrested: Jose Encina-Garcia, 37-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-20-2012 at about 3:15AM the above arrested subject was involved in an altercation with three of his family members in which he battered all three of them. Minor injuries were sustained by two of the family members. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Pablo Perez-Avila, 25-year-old male from Tesuque N.M.
On 06-19-2012 at about 10:00PM the above arrested subject was involved in an altercation with a family memebr. During the altercation he pushed the family member to the floor and held them against their will for a short period of time. Minor injury was sustained to the family member. He was arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Tessa Roybal, 32-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-19-2012 Mrs. Roybal was involved in an altercation with a family member while attending a family gathering at the above location. During the altercation Mrs. Roybal battered a family member causing minor injury and broke their prescription glasses. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported to Deputy that the son became upset after arguing over a cell phone. Victim stated that son struck her and then refused to let her leave the bedroom. Suspect was arrested after JPO was contacted and informed of the situation. Suspect was transported to jail.

On this date Deputies conducted a traffic stop with the above listed person. He was found to have a revoked driver’s license with an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that sometime Between 8:00am on June 15th 2012 and 12:30pm June 18th 2012 and unknown person entered victims detached garage, and stole the above listed items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office
The stolen items were valued at about $2000.00

Deputies were dispatched to male subject passed out in a car at the above stated location. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail. Vehicle was seized as per theSanta FeCountyordinance.
