Between Friday, February 17, 2012 at 8:00 AM and Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 9:30 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by prying open a window.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown opened some drawers in the bedroom.  Nothing appearred to have been taken.

Suspect #1: Female, No Further Information

Suspect #2:  Male, No Further Information

Between Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 2:30 PM and Wednesday, Februarry 222, 2012 at 6:00 PM Suspect #1 and Suspect #2 removed a lap top computer from a residence at the location.  The suspects were over night house guests.

Location:  Hill Trail Drive, Arroyo Seco, NM

Victim:  Female, 36, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Male, 25, Santa Fe, NM

On February 22, 2012 at 8:37 PM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.  The suspect had held the victim against her will and would not allow her to leave the location.  The suspect also damaged a door during the altercation.  The suspect fled the area prior to the deputies' arrival and an Arrest Warrant  was obtained.


Case#:  0212002763/  Attempt to commit a felony Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  2/22/12

Location:  400 block of State Road 76, Chimayo, NM (La Puebla)

On 2/22/12 deputy was dispatched in reference to an attempted burglary in progess. Upon arrival witness stated she observed a Hispanic male, 5'6' wearing tan and black plaid jacket, with "locs" sunglasses and blue jeans at her neighbors residence walking near the mobile home.The witness approached the male who stated he was selling wood.  Victim stated no items were missing from the residence. Suspect attempted to gain entry into the residence from the west facing rear door, causing $500.00 in damage.

Location:  4600 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)

On 2/22/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 1700 and 1900 hours unknown persons gained unlawful entry into their residence by prying open the front door with an unknown object.  Once inside unknown persons then went into the residence and lit the burners on the stove.  Victims stated that nothing was taken from within the residence.  There was no damage done to the residence.


Case#:  0212002766/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date:  02/22/12

Location:  6100 block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Country Club MHP)

On 2/22/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 2/21/12 at 1800 hours and 2/22/12 at 1000 hours unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle and stole a Kenwood CD player, a 5 disc CD holder, and a set of jumper cables.  Victim stated that unknown persons damaged a black wire inside the vehicle.  Victim stated she might have left the doors unlocked.  Estimated value of items taken is $430.00.  Estimated damage amount is $20.00.


Case#:  0212002773/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 02/22/12

Location:  Rabbit Road & PNM Service Road, Santa Fe, NM (near Oshara Village)

On 2/22/12 between the hours of 1400 and 1500 victim stated that his vehicle was broken into.  Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into the vehicle by breaking the driver side window with a large rock.  Victim stated that unknown persons took a Nike backpack which contained cash, an Apple Mac Pro Book, an Ipod touch, Bose Headphones, and a Pioneer stereo system was also taken.  Estimated value of items taken is $4750.00.  Estimated damage amount is $700.00.

Location:  A Van U Po & Avenida del Sur, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)

On 2/22/12, complainant reported sometime between Wednesday, February 1, 2012 and 3:30pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2012,  an unidentified suspect broke the chain link fencing on the south side of lot B storage unit located south west of the intersection of        A  Van U Po and Avenida Del Sur. Complainant was unsure if anything was taken from the lot. Nothing in the lot appeared to have been damaged or broken into. The damage to the fencing is estimated at about $500.00.


02.12.002690 / Burglary / Criminal Damage to Property / 02.21.12

Location: 50 Polaris Road, Santa Fe, NM (Tano Road)

Damaged: Front door and screen.

On the above date, Deputies responded to an activated alarm and found forced entry into the above residence. Victim reported no items missing from the residence, the residence is under construction. Suspect is pending further investigation.


Case# 0212002738 Burglary (Residential)

Location:  1300 Block of Camino Mio, Santa Fe, NM

Between Sunday, February 12, 2012 and Tuesday, February 21, 2012 person(s) unknown gained entry to a residence at the location by shattering a window.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unnown removed a metal tool box containing miscellaneous tools and a black leather jacket.  Several other items were removed from the residence, but were located by the victimoutside of his fence.
