On Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 10:21 PM Suspect #1 was observed urinating on the side of the road at the location next to the vehicle. Suspect #2, Victims #1 and #2 were passengers in the vehicle. Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. Suspect #1 was found to be in possession of two open bottles of beer and was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. Victim #2 was found not to be in a child restraint. The vehicle registration should have been displayed on a 1991 Ford, 2 door. Suspect #1's New Mexico Driver's License is expired. There was an active Arrest Warrant for Suspect #2, issued by Santa fe Municipal Court for Failure to Comply With Conditions of Probation. Victims #1 and #2 were released to the custody of another family member.

Victim reported that between 2pm on 12/2/12 and 12am on 12/3/12 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into his home and stole the above items. The victim noticed the burglary after going to check on his home that is currently unoccupied.

Suspect(s) were unable to open the lock box to get any of the money inside. The above item was taken from one of the vacuums. Total estimated value of damage $20.00. Case still pending further.

On 12-02-12 at aproximately 1003-hours/ 10:03 am, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to an male not breathing and unconsious. Upon arrival a male was located deceased. There were no signs of trauma or foul play. The cause of death is pending an autopsy.

Sometime between 4:00pm and 11:30pm on 12-01-12 unknown person(s) entered the victim residence and removed the above items. The suspect(s) entered by prying open a bathroom window. Evidence was obtained and suspects are pending.

On 12-01-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to an auto burglary. The above victim reported someone broke the driver's side rear window to his Lexus GS300. The theft occurred between 11-30-12 at 10:30pm and 12-01-12 at 7:00am. Suspects are pending at this time.

Charged: Battery Against a Household Member
On Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2:03 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim by the arm and used a restraint technique to put her on the floor. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries and declined any further medical attention.
