Stolen: (1) one black in color, "Black & decker" Shop Vac  

Victim reported that on today's date between the times of 6:45am and 9:00am  unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence and while in the residence, damaging several items within the home. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $40.00

Arrested: Liz Gabaldon-Ortiz, 48 years of age, Pecos, NM

Deputy responded to a single vehicle crash at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment . SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI.  Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Todd Leach, 45 years of age, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy responded a single vehicle crash at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was arrested and charged with above charges, and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Location:2323 Casa Rufina Road,Santa Fe,NM

Stolen: (5) five RV tires, Hoover Vacuum, Roll of blk screen, golf clubs stand, refrigerator coolant compressor, (2) two side view mirrors for a Dodge Ram pick up, black tarp and a bottle of antifreeze

On the above date the above victim reported sometime between June 8, 2012 and June 10, 2012 entry was gained into a storage unit/garage at the above address. Victim stated she suspects her ex-boyfriend to be the suspect. Once inside suspect(s) stole the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Above items had a total value of $985.00

On above date, Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a medical assistance incident. The victim an (86) eighty-six year old female was located unresponsive. Victim had a history of health issues, and there were no signs of foul play.

Location:27283 W. Frontage Road,Santa Fe,NM(Santa FeBotanical Garden)

Damaged: Glass window to Nissan Xterra.

On Saturday, June 9, 2012 at approximately 11:21 a.m. above victim reported his vehicle was burglarized at27283 W. Frontage Road,Santa Fe,NM(Santa FeBotanical Garden).

Contact was made with the complainant/victim who stated that between 10:00 a.m. and 10:54 a.m. this date, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into his 2003 Nissan Xterra. Victim stated that the suspect(s) busted the rear window on his vehicle to gain entry, causing about $500.00 in damage.

Suspects are pending further investigation.

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center (Hwy 14 Area)

Suspect: Eric Coleman 30yoa male, Albuquerque, NM

Charges: Battery Against a Peace Officer

Santa Fe County Corrections Officer was punched several times in the face with a closed fist by the above suspect.  Suspect became upset with the Corrections Officer during head count.  Suspect was booked and charged accordingly without further incident. 

 


Case # 0212008751/ Breaking and entering, Criminal trespass, and Criminal damage to property/ 06-09-2012

Location: Boneyard Road, Arroyo Seco- Santa Fe County

Damaged:  One (1) wooden door, One (1) brown table, and (1) wire fence

Victim reported sometime within the last three (3) moonths, unknown person(s) entered the suspects property by cutting a wire fence. Once on the property, the suspect(s) pulled off a wooden door to a shed on the property, and entered a camper. While in the camper, suspect(s) damaged the interior of the camper by breaking a table. The interior of the camper was also ransacked. The cictim also reported the suspect(s) let garbage behind on the property. No suspects have been identified at this time and and this case is currently under investigation.

The damage was listed at $300.00

Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer

The above suspect pushed a Santa Fe County Deputy with his hands and chest in a rude and angry manner as the deputy was conducting an investigation.  Suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

Suspect:  Iliana Velez, 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member

On Friday, June 8, 2012 at 10:21 PM deputies respoinded to a residence at the location in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.  The victim and suspect had been involved in a verbal altercation which turned physical when the suspect scratched the victim on the chest and upper arm.  The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
