Victim: Cathy Rowe 57 yoa Female, SF, NM

Above victim was on hospice care and passed away due to medical complications.  There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Location: Valle Vista Blvd. and Highway 14, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Michael Ellis, age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument with a house hold member that escalated. Suspect pulled the victims hair, and forced her back into his vehicle while she was attempting to call 911. He was booked for Battery against a household member, False imprisonment, and Interference with communications.

Arrested: Mallory Baca, age 22, Santa Fe NM

The above listed subject was arrested on active arrest order without incident. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports he received a letter in the mail indicating she had two outstanding balances in the total amount of $481.88 for two internet services that she never signed up for. Victim states that she believes someone sign up for the services from out of state, as she once lived in Virginia. At this time it is unknown who has been using the victims identity. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reports home entered by force through front door.  Victim surprised suspect and suspect fled with 2 remote controls.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports on or about Oct. 17th 2011 a family member took various items from his home including a passport and tools.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: HP Laptop Computer

Victim reported that sometime between 1/1/12 and 1/8/12 some unknown person burglarized his pickup truck as it was parked in front of his residence. Unlawful entry was made by unknown means and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $1079.00. The computer has been entered into NCIC.

Arrested: David Baca, 31-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 01-10-2012 at about 2:30am while conducting an investigation Mr. Baca concealed his identity by providing a false name and date of birth.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 2 Vista Del Monte, Allsups

Arrested: Robert Hill, 56-year-old male from Cincinnati Ohio

    On 01-09-2012 at about 11:00pm Deputies were dispatched to the Allsups store in reference to a male who was harassing customers.  Upon arrival contact was made with Mr. Hill.  Deputies and Allsups employees asked Mr. Hill to leave the property but he refused.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports he received a letter in the mail indicating he had three outstanding warrants out of the state of Texas totaling $1,040.00 for citations.  Victim reports in the times he was in Texas he was never issued any citation.  At this time it is unknown who has been using the victims identity.  Case still under investigation.
