Victim stated that on this date he arrived to the car wash at approximately 8:35 AM, this morning (1/17/13) and noticed that an unknown person(s) forced entry to the metal door of the maintenance room and stole $850.00 in miscellaneous cash and coins, used to supply the change machines for the car wash.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. It was determined that the above stated suspect battered his father. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Peak's Place Mobile Home Park, Santa Fe, NM 87506
On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (30 year old female) was found unresponsive by family members. The victim has a long history of substance abuse. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Victim reported she arrived home on today's date, 01-16-2013 and she observed fresh wet footprints on the carpet inside her home and observed pry marks to the rear door of the residence. The victim suspected her son entering her home without authorization. Nothing was removed from the residence. The suspect admitted to entering the residence and was booked into the santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: residence off of Coyote Pass Road, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Estates)
On 1/15/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 0730 and 1655 unknown persons gained entry through a sliding glass door. Victim stated that the unknown persons took 6 boxes of ammunition, a safe, an audio subwoofer, and a remote control. Estimated value of items taken is $1620.00.
