On 8/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 8/17/12 and 8/31/12 unknown persons cut the lock to his gate and removed the locks from a tailgate on a 2000 GMC pickup. Victim stated that the unknown persons took a Yamaha generator, a griddle in a black case, a grill in a black case, a 5 ton scissor jack and a 5 gallon gas can. Estimated value of items taken is $3050.00.

At the above location the above individual was found by his girlfriend unresponsive with no signs of life. Deceased had an extensive medical history and there were no signs of foul play. Case pending further investigation.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance
On 8/31/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Detention Officer was informed that the suspect was caught passing a folded piece of white paper to another inmate. The paper was confiscated and opened and located a small plastic wrap which had a piece of a black tar substance. The substance was tested and was positive for heroin. Suspect was charged and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Corrections Officers at the above location located on the above inmate a black tar substance and a syringe while he was in his cell. The above suspect was booked and charged on the above charges without further incident.

On 09-02-12 the above listed individual was found to be in possession of two homemade hyperdermic needles. Corrections Officers were conducting a search of a housing unit when the individual was found in physical possession of the items. The above individual was charged accordingly.

On 09-01-12 Deputy Aguayo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in regards to a narcotics violation. While investigating the violation it was learned the above individuals were observed in possession of a brown tar substance (heroin) and a hyperdermic needle. Both individuals were booked accordingly.

On Saturday, September 1, 2012 at 9:34 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to maintain a single lane of travel. When given a single to stop, the suspect mad an abrupt lane change. The suspect was found to be under the influence of prescription medication and submitted to a Blood Test. Results of the test are pending.

On Friday, August 31, 2012 at 7:59 PM, during the course of an investigation at the location, the suspect was found to be in possession of Lorazepam, a prescription drug, without a valid prescription. It was also revealed that the suspect had three (3) valid Arrest Warrants issued by the Santa Fe Muncipal Court for Failure to Appear and one (1) valid Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear.
