On 8/27/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that sometime between 1000 and 1920 hours an unidentified supect entered his residence through an unlocked window and stole the items from within. Victim stated that the suspects took 3 42" TVs, a laptop computer, a Blackberry cell phone, an LG cell phone, a bluray player, and a silver I-pod. Estimated value of items taken is $3350.00.

Suspect: Adella Abeita, age 41, Albuquerque, NM
Charged: Battery
On 8/27/12 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a battery. Both victim and suspect were incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect told victim not to use up her phone card. Suspect then walked up to victim and hit her with an open hand on the right side of her face. Victim had redness to the right side of her face and her glasses were bent. Suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (17 year old male) was found unresponsive and not breathing by a family member. CPR was conducted but was unsuccessful. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
