                  Revoked, Immediate Notice of Accident, Display of Registration, Mandatory

                 Proof of Financial Responsibility

On Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 11:10 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location and was unable to  maintain a single lane of travel.  As a result the suspect struck another vehicle from behind.  The suspect then fled the scene of the crash.  The suspect was subsequently located at his residence and was found to be under the influence of an impairing substance.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect  has four prior DWI Offenses and that his New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the arrest clause attached.  A Search Warrant was obtained and a Blood Alcohol Test was administered to the suspect.  Results of that test are pending.  The vehicle registration was expired and the suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

Location: residence on Jemez Road, Santa Fe N.M.

Arrested: Abraham Munoz, 46-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 03/14/2012 at about 8:00pm Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Jemez Road.  The investigation revealed Mr. Munoz kidnapped, assaulted and battered a household member.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above listed charges.

Location: Boylan Circle- Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Ipod, Cobra radar, and Ipod connector

Victim reported on todays date between the times of 2:00 pm through 3:00 pm unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's vehicle and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Stolen: Mens stainless steel watch brand "Bulgari" 

Victim reported on yesterdays date March 13, 2012 he had a local moving company move his belongings to the above address and during the course of the move, the above stated property was reported missing. The victim suspects someone with the moving company stole the watch.

The above watch was valued at about $1500.00

On 03-14-2012, the above mentioned subject was arrested on a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply Electronic Monitoring, for two charges of Aggravated Assault and Battery on a Household Member.  Subject was also found to have other Bench Warrants out of Magistrate Court, one for Failure to Pay Fines, on the original charge of Battery On a Household Member/Interference with Communication, Deprivation of Property 0212003834/M-49-VR-2010-00062, and another Bench Warrant out of Magisgtrate Court for Failure To Pay Fines/Battery On a Household Member, 0212003835/M-49-VR-2010-00141.   

 


0212003815 Burglary 3-13-12

Location: 100 block of SF County Road 84 (Pojoaque Area)

Stolen: 32" Samsung flatscreen tv, 19" flat screen tv

Victim reported that sometime between 2:00pm and 4:35pm on 3-13-12 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into her residence by forcing the front door open. Once inside the suspects stole he above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Location: Calle San Martin (Tano Area)

Stolen: Wallet with a DL, Debit and Credit Cards, Insurance Card, $300.00 cash.

Victim reported that sometime between 300pm and 335pm on 3-13-12 unknown suspects entered her residence and stole her wallet from on top of a living room table while she was in the residence. Case is still under investigation.

Stolen: Five sets of scaffolding, two Bosch nail guns

Victim reported that sometime between the early morning hours of 3-12-12 and the afternoon of 3-13-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into an unlocked storage shed and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that on 3/13/12 he noticed he was missing several buckets filled with misc. scrap metal and a unknown year Mid Mark tractor that was broken and not working from his property. Case is still under investigation.
