On 7/29/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she and the suspect were involved in an argument in the kitchen area. Victim stated that the suspect pushed her in the chest. Victim also stated that suspect raised a cooking pan filled with hot oil and threatened to hit her with it. Suspect stated that the victim stole money from him and she placed it in her bra. Suspect stated he attempted to get his money back and reached into her bra to get it. Victim did have red markings on her chest. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On Saturday July 28, 2012 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the above area in regards to persons in a truck that had stole the above items. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies made contact with the driver of the vehicle and the above items were located and found to be stolen. Through investigation, the driver (Suspect) was found to be in possession of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested for larceny and possession of methamphetamine.

Deputies were dispatched to listed location in reference to a fight in progress. Deputies arrived on scene and located a male and female in the home. Victim stated that suspect slapped her in the face with an open hand and then pushed her to the ground. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Deputies responded to an activated alarm at approximately 10:44pm and found the front door to the residence had been forced open and the window next to the door shattered. Case is still under investigation. The above listed item was valued at about $399.00

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into her 2007 GMC Sierra at the above location between the hours of 11:00am and 5:30pm. Entry was gained by busting out the driver side window. Once inside the above item was stolen. Damage to window was valued at $300.00. Case still pending investigation.

Jose Roybal was arrested for DWI after being stopped for a seatbelt violation and showed signs of impairment. His B.A.C. was .11 and was booked accordingly.

On this date at approximately 8:07pm, the above individual was observed operating a Black Jeep Cherokee. Upon making contact with the driver it was found that she showed signs of impairment. Subject was given the standardized field sobriety tests. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

On 7/26/12 at 1717 hours, deputy observed suspect driving the vehicle in which the suspect was not wearing his seatbelt. Contact was made with the suspect who showed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered in which suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test on the IR8000 in which his BrAC was .08. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center,

Victim reported that on Wednesday July 25, 2012 between the hours of 11:00 am and 11:30 am some unknown person burglarized her vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking the drivers side window. The above items were stolen and the case is under investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 911 telephone hang up. Suspect became evasive and uncooperative when he was told he had to ride to check the welfare of his girlfriend, Suspect became combative, resisted and was taken down to the ground. While on the ground the suspect was subdued and was placed under arrest and was transported to jail.
