On Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at 2:45 AM Detention Facility Staff located a suspected controlled substance alon with several pieces of drug paraphernalia in a cell occuppied by the two suspects at the location. The suspected controlled substance was submitted to the New Mexico State Police Criminal Laboratory for analysis. Charges are pending the results of that analysis.

The above listed subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance on his person. Correction Officers located the suspected pills in the suspect’s wallet. Suspect was taken into custody and charged.
