Above suspect was observed driving slowly in a 2004 Ford F-150 at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted to check on the driver's welfare. Upon contact with suspect it was found that he was under the influence. Driver admitted to consuming one beer prior to the traffic stop. Field Sobriety tests displayed signs of impairment and suspect was placed under arrest. Suspect sumitted to a breath test which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .13 and .13. Suspect was booked on the above charges.

Above suspect was observed traveling west on Airport Road swerving in a 1990 Honda 4 door. Suspect was stopped and found to be under the influence. Driver refused to submit to Standardized Field Soberity Tests. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges.

Victim reported on today's date at or around the time of 1:25 pm a neighbor observed an unknown malesubject trunning from a shed at the said location carrying a brown in color saddle There were no signs of forced entry to the shed. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim reported on today's date between the times of 11:00 am and 2:30 pm., unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On Friday, March 9, 2012 at 9;58 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location due to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival the victim was found to be deceased. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes. Foul play is not suspected.

On Friday, March 9, 2102 at 2:52 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the west side and rolling over multiple times. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Blood Alcohol Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is suspended. The driver's seat belt was locked in the retracted position indicating that it was not being worn at the time of the crash. The suspect was treated at Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries and kept for observation.

On 3/8/12 deputy was dispatched to a suspicious vehicle at the above location. Victim stated that a male suspect had kicked in the front door. Victim stated that he yelled and proceeded over to his neighbors. Victim stated that suspect got into a vehicle and left the area. Estimated damage to the front door is $200.00. Nothing was taken from the residence.

On Thursday March 8, 2012 between the hours of 12:00pm and 5:00pm, unkown person(s) gained forced entry into the above listed residence. While inside, the suspects stole the above stated property. The front door susatined damage as a result of the forced entry.
The cost of the television was estimated at $600.00 and the damage to the front door was estimated at $200.00

On the above date victim stated that an unidentified suspect called his house phone at about 1:43pm claiming to be his granson, Ben Myers, who was arrested in Cusco Peru. Suspect advised him that he would need $2550.00 in order to bail out of jail. Suspect advised victim to use Western Union located at 4350 Airport Road to send money. Suspect provided a phone number for Western Union and a direct line number. Victim was suspicious of the call and contacted his daughter who advised him that his granson is at home inTexas. Victim did not send any money.
