Victim reported that sometime Between 8:00am on June 15th 2012 and 12:30pm June 18th 2012 and unknown person entered victims detached garage, and stole the above listed items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office
The stolen items were valued at about $2000.00

Victim reported that between 12:30 pm 6-17-12 and 12:30am on 6-17-12 unknown suspects unlawfully entered his residence and stole the above stated items. No suspect information has been developed at this time. There was no forced entry into the residence Case is still under investigation.
The above listed item was valued at about $2,500.00

Arrested: Martin Grajeda 47 years old
Deputies were dispatched to male subject passed out in a car at the above stated location. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST’s were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail. Vehicle was seized as per theSanta FeCountyordinance.

Jail staff reported intercepting mail with what appeared to be a controlled substance addressed to an inmate. Case is under investigation.

Missing: 84 year old female with Dementia, 43 year old male with mental illness,Santa FeNM
On above date Deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to missing persons. The reporting party wanted to report that her mother and brother were missing from this residence. The brother vehicle was no longer at her residence. It was described as a 1996 maroon in color Toyota Corrola. Case is under investigation.
Both parties were entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

Stolen: Blue/Green 1992 Chevy Cavalier, NM DWY494
The above vehicle was stolen sometime between 6/17/2012 10:30pm and this date from the above location. I neighbor advised that there was an incident last night at her residence at about 0022hrs and suspect Timoty Ngmitz admitted to the neighbor he took the vehicle and has since fled the area. Registered owner signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the vehicle was entered into NCIC.
