Victim reported that in October 2010 her husband opened a credit card account in both their names without her permission. The husband has run the account balance in excess of $7,200.00 but has been paying the bill. Husband is currently incarcerated at the Torrance County Jail on unrelated charges.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30am and 8:10am on this date. Unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence through a window. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim stated a 50" Samsung TV, a 22" Samsung TV, a laptop computer, misc.lingerie, 2 Coach purses, and a trench coat were taken. Suspect(s) entered the residence by prying open the front window. Estimated value of items taken is $2640.00. Estimated damage amount is about $150.00.

On 2/16/12 deputies responded to above location and served 3 bench warrants out of Santa Fe Municipal Court on above suspect for Failure to Complly with conditions of Probation. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
