CHARGES:  BREAKING AND ENTERING, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF A DEADLY WEAPON AND NEGLIGENT USE OF A FIREARM

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT THAT SOMEONE WAS TRYING TO GET INTO HIS HOUSE.  DEPUTY'S ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT INTOXICATED AND HE WAS FORCEING THE SCREEN DOOR OPEN AND WAS TRYING TO FORCE THE FRONT DOOR OPEN.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT HAD REMOVED A SCREEN OFF OF THE WINDOW AND THEN HE TRIED TO BREAK IN THE FRONT DOOR.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A LOADED  22 CAL. HANDGUN IN HIS POCKET.  SUSPECT INFORMED DEPUTY'S THAT HE THOUGHT IT WAS HIS HOUSE AND THATS WHY HE WAS TRYING TO GET IN.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  VALUE OF DAMAGE WAS SET AT ABOUT $500.00. 


CASE 0211015554 / DWI-FAILURE TO STOP-DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED-OPEN CONTAINER / 10-18-2011

ARRESTED:  SURIZADAY MARTINEZ, 22 YOA FEMALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  DWI, FAILURE TO STOP, DRIVER TOO BE LICENSED, OPEN CONTAINER

ON THIS DATE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED WEST BOUND ON AGUA FRIA AND SUSPECT FAILED TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND TO FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND NOT TO HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE.  DWI DEPUTY WAS CALLED OVER TO TAKE OVER THE DWI INVESTIGATION AND SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.  SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On October 17, 2011 deputies responded to the above address in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated on Sunday October 16, 2011 they noticed the above listed items missing from a jewelry box in the bedroom.  Case still under investigation.

On October 17, 2011 at the above location victim reports sometime between 9:30am and 3:00pm today unknown person(s) grained entry into the home through an open bedroom window by removing a window screen. Once inside a large amount of jewelry was stolen from the bedroom.  Total value of damage $50.00.  Case still under investigation.

Suspect was stopped by Deputy after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and he displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety tests were administered and he was arrested. Suspect submitted to chemical testing with the results being .14, .15. Suspect was booked into jail.

Deputies responded to location in reference to domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Victim stated that suspect hit her and choked her. Victim stated that suspect then crashed into her vehicle twice before making an aggressive movement while driving his vehicle as if he were going to run over her child. Suspect was located and was found to be impaired due to an intoxicant. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail where he was charged accordingly
