Deputies responded to location in reference to a female banging on doors. Upon arrival, Deputies location suspect, Intoxicated and shouting. Suspect refused to quiet down and continued to kick resident doors attempting to locate a friend who lived in the area. Suspect was arrested after she refused to cooperate with law enforcement.

Driver was stopped by deputy after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver and he displayed signs of impairment. Sobriety Tests were administered and impairment was detected. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .18, .17. Driver was booked into the county jail.

On 10/14/11 victim reported an unknown person has been using the credit card machine at the above address to credit their own credit card from business account funds. Victim stated he is the owner of the business and his accountant noticed discrepancies in the finances of the business on 10/13/2011. The victim stated the total amount the business was defrauded is about $2000.00. Victim also advised that the amount could rise upon further review of the business' finances.

On 10/14/11 between 1330 and 1730 hours at the above location, victim stated unknown persons entered her residence and removed several items from within. Victim stated that the unknown persons took a speaker box, 50 DVD movies, a Playstation 3, a Wii gaming system, 15 Wii games, 25 Playstation 3 games, a 25" Samsung TV, a 13" TV w/DVD player, misc jewelry, 3 pair of Nike tennis shoes, and a blender. Victim stated that there was no damage to her residence. Victim stated that she believes the person who stole the items is a person who she had a relationship with. Estimated value of items taken is $9,950.00.

Location: residence off of Canada Anacha, Chimayo, NM (off of SR 76)
On 10/14/11 between the hours of 0930 and 1000 victim witnessed a white in color 4 door vehicle on his property. Victim stated that he observed a male subject grab 2 white in color pit bull puppies from his yard and flee the area in the white vehicle. Victim stated that he attempted to stop the suspect but they left at a high rate of speed onto SR76. Estimated value of the puppies are $600.00.

Victim reported that while on vacation an unknown person has twice made entry into the residence by unknown means and stole $5000.00 in cash and placed erotic items on a bed. No damage was reported to the residence and nothing else appeared to be disturbed.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $5000.00

On October 13, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated someone unlawfully entered his residence, garage, tool shed, and storage shed sometime between October 5, 2011 0800 hrs - October 13, 2011 1830 hrs and stole a laptop, 2 handguns and US Currency. Victim stated the door to the residence and garage were forcefully opened. Victim advised the door hardware to the storage shed was damaged when the suspect(s) gained entry. Victim advised his gun safe and security safe were also damaged by the suspect(s). Estimated value of items taken is $1600.00. Estimated damage amount is $3330.00.

On October 13, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a residential burglary. Victim stated someone unlawfully/forcefully entered her residence through a kitchen window sometime between 0830hrs-1400hrs and stole a laptop computer, a Wii gaming system, US Currency, an Apple I-pod and misc. jewelry. Victim stated the suspects broke one side of the kitchen window then unlocked it to gain entry through the undamaged side. Estimated value of items taken is $1600.00. Estimated damage amount is $170.00.

On 10-13-11, deputy was dispatched to the above location. Victim stated he had arrived at nine fifty this morning and returned to his vehicle at two this afternoon to find his middle console open and rifled through. Upon looking further at the vehicle, he noticed that the rear window had been shattered and the sliding window of his attached camper shell had also been damaged. A Dell laptop computer was in a bag under his rear seat and the bag and computer were missing. Estimated value of items taken is $4000.00. Estimated damage amount is $1200.00.
