On 9/15/11 victim stated that between March, 2011 and today he has been noticing items missing from his residence. Victim stated that he suspects the cleaning person to be taking his items. He stated that the items missing are silver flatware (misc. knives, spoons, forks.), a pressure washer, and misc. garden tools taken from his residence. Estimated value of items taken is $3534.00. Victim stated that no one has broken into his home.

On 9/15/11 victim reported that she had family over during the Labor Day Weekend and her brother may have possibly stolen misc. jewelry from her bedroom. and stole an unknown amount of prescription medication from her residence. Victim stated that there was no damage to her residence and had the items prior to the family visiting. Estimated value of items taken is $7,498.00.

Location: 1000 block of Calle Nueva Vista, Santa Fe, NM (off of Rufina)
On 9/15/11 a witness contacted law enforcement stating that 4 males were breaking into a residence at the above location at about 1540 hours. Victim stated that the unknown males gained entry into the residence through a west side window by placing a ladder underneath the window and removing the air conditioning unit. Victim stated that unknown persons took a flatscreen TV, misc. jewelry and a Sony stereo Ipod docking unit. The estimated value of items taken is $1200.00. The Sony stereo was located in the field behind the residence. The suspects also damaged the screen to the window. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.

On 9/15/11 victim discovered that an ex-employee was fraudulently cashing checks against the victim's business checking account. Victim stated that a total of 13 checks were cashed since 8/1/11 until today's date. Victim stated that the suspect also forged his name on the checks. The total amount on the checks is $13,800.00. Case is under investigation.

On 9/15/11 deputies responded to a residential burglary. Victim stated that he left his residence on 9/10/11 at 1400 hours and returned today at 1540 hours and noticed his living room window was damaged. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into his residence and took a 26" Toshiba flatscreen TV, Playstation 3, 12 bottles of perfume, misc. jewelry, $50.00 in cash, and an antique dagger. Estimated value of items taken $10,100.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

On 9/15/11 victim reported that about 1 month ago she gave a key to her apartment to a friend for emergencies only. Victim stated that she asked for the keys back from the friend. Victim stated that she believes the friend made unauthorized entry into her residence and stole a wooden rosary, 4 misc. glass angel sculptures, 1 checkbook and a social security card. Estimated value of items taken is 100.00. Victim believes the friend used the keys to gain entry.

On 9/15/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he had left his home at 0830 and returned at 1400 hours to find his front door open. Victim stated that he noticed that the bottom of the door was knocked off and partially detached from the inside of the house. The residence had been rifled through and the victim's daughter had her laptop stolen. Estimated value of items taken is $400.00. Estimated damage amount is $50.00.

Vehicle: White Honda Accord NM plates
Suspect operated listed vehicle on the Frontage Road off of US 84/285 in Espanola area. Suspect failed to negotiate vehicle around curve and crashed into guard rail. Suspect left the area and was located in the area. Suspect upon contact was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was given sobriety tests and he was found to be impaired. Suspect was arrested and had three prior DWI convictions. Suspect was booked into jail

Suspect and victim had been involved in a argument over the victim not being faithful. Suspect struck victim in head with closed fist and shoved her onto the bed. Suspect grabbed victims phone and broke it while she was talking to another person. Suspect admitted to the argument and shoving the victim. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

Stolen: (1) one Red Nintendo Wii with (3) three controllers, (2) two Nintendo DS games systems, Wii games, and (7) seven Nintendo DS games.
On the above date, victim report that between 10:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 1,160.00
