Stolen: Turquoise & Silver - Bracelet X3 ($650), Beltbuckle ($100), Necklace ($250), Gold Ring w/opal & diamonds ($150)
Victim reported that on or between 09-09-2011 to 09-19-2011 the suspect burglarized the above residence. Entry to the residence was gained through an unsecured door. Once inside the residence the above items were taken and the suspect fled. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Matthew Armijo, 24-year-old male from Arroyo Seco area
On 09/19/2011 Mr. Armijo was involved in an altercation with a family member in which he pushed and hit the family member. Mr. Armijo was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charge.

Location: State Road 76, mile poost 4.5, Northern Santa Fe County
On 09/19/2011 at approximately 8:00pm a road rage incident occured at the above location on State Road 76. The victim reported being involved in a road rage incident with a green in color truck. The male driver of the truck pointed a gun at the victim's vehicle and shot multiple rounds at the victim's vehicle striking the vehicle at least one time. The invetsigation is ongoing.

On September 19, 2011 deputies responded to Prairie Dog Loop area in reference to an Aggravated Assault after the fact. It was discovered the incident location was at the above location. Victim stated she was battered. Victim stated she lost consiousness. Once victim regained consiousness she was not allowed to leave the immediate area. Suspect then picked up a bottle and threatened to strike the victim's boyfriend with it. Victim was transported to the Christus St. Vincent ER and treated for injuries. Case still under investigation.

Suspect: Martin Romero, age 45, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery on a household member
On 9/19/11 between 0230 and 0300 hours, suspect came home intoxicated and struck victim with a closed fist on her face. Victim stated that suspect attempted to have sex with her but she refused. Victim then left residence this afternoon and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for her injuries. Contact was made with suspect who stated that victim also scratched him on his face. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: Santa Fe County Road 56D, Santa Fe, NM (Camel Tracks-Crego Mine)
On 9/19/11 victim stated that between 9/16/11 at 1400 hours and 9/19/11 at 1200 hours, unknown persons fired a weapon at the equipment at the Crego Mine. Victim stated that he is the supervisor and noticed the Catepillar Dirt Mover and Catepillar Front Loader had been damaged. Victim stated that 2 windows and a fire extinguisher on the Dirt Mover were damaged and the radiator to the Front Loader was punctured by a round. Victim estimated the damage to be at $5650.00. It is unknown what type of weapon was used. No suspects at this time.

On 9/19/11 complainant advised that a student had signed out a Digital Camera and a lens from the Community College in a photography class. Complainant advised that the camera and lens were signed out on 8/29/11 and were supposed to be returned on 9/12/11. Complainant advised that they have attempted to make contact with the suspect but the phone is disconnected and the suspect has not been attending class. Estimated value of items taken is $2000.00.

Location: residence off of Santa Fe County Road 113S, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)
On 9/19/11 victim wanted to report a burglary to her residence. Victim stated that sometime between 9/16/11 at 1800 hours and 9/18/11 at 1800 hours her residence was burglarized. Victim stated that prior to leaving she locked all of the doors and windows to her residence. Victim stated that when she returned home she noticed that the deadbolt on her door was unlocked and the window screen was not seated properly. Victim stated that she checked her residence and noticed that 4 of her rings were stolen from a jewelry box in her bedroom. Estimated value of items taken is $1500.00. There was no damage to the residence.

On 9/19/11 between the hours of 0830 and 1300 hours, someone forcefully gained entry throgh the back door by breaking the window. Victim stated that when she entered the residence she noticed that unknown persons took the flatscreen TV from the livingroom. Victim also stated that she noticed that the back door was open. Victim stated that the unknown suspects also took another flatscreen TV, a Xbox 360 Kinect console and sensor, several pairs of Cowboy boots, misc. jewelry, a laptop computer, a jewelry box, a NM ID card, and a Nintendo Wii gaming system. Estimated value of items taken is $6335.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Location: residence off of Rio en Medio Road, Santa Fe, NM (off of SR 592)
On 9/19/11 victim wanted to file a report of a burglary to her residence. Victim stated she returned to her residence on 9/15/11 and noticed that someone had been inside her home without permission. Victim stated when she left she ensured that both locks were locked on the door to the residence. Upon returning home she found that the deadbolt lock was not secure. Victim stated that she checked her residence and did not notice anything missing. Victim stated that things were moved inside her residence and an item was left inside of a teapot in which the item did not belong to her. There is no damage to the residence.
