On the above date at about 11:30 a.m. deputies responded to a burglary at the above address. Suspect gained entry through a west facing exterior window. Once inside suspect unlawfully removed the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.
The above stolen items were valued at about $6,720.00

On above date, Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim a (61) sixty-one year old male was located unresponsive. Victim had a history of health issues, and there were no signs of foul play.

Victim reported that May 14, 2012 someone unlawfully removed the above item from his 202 Grey Saab between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. this date. Suspects gained entry through an unlocked door. Suspects are pending further investigation.
The above stolen item was valued at about $30.00

Location: Residence in the El Rancho area of Santa Fe County
On 05-13-2012 at about 12:00AM Deputies and the Fire Department responded to a structure fire in El Rancho. The residence was a single wide mobile home, fully engulfed. Once the fire was extinguished a body was found inside. The investigation is ongoing.

Location: Residence off Airport Road
On 05-12-2012 the victim reported he made an arrangement to sell his 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche to a friend for $6,000.00. The victim let the friend/suspect take the vehicle and the title before any payment was made. The suspect forged the victim's signature on the title and transferred ownership. The suspect then left town in the vehicle without making any payment.

Damaged: 2006 ChevyMalibu
Arrested: Patricia Martinez, Carla Martinez
Suspects were observed ramming a 2006 Chevy Malibu with a 1992 Jeep Cherokee causing moderate damage to the front bumper of theMalibu. Witnesses observed the Jeep and described the occupants and the license plate number. The Jeep was immediately located and the occupants were arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.
The damage was estimated to be over $1000.00

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00pm on May 12 and 4:00pm on May 13 unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry into his home through an unlocked bedroom window. Once inside the suspects stole the above items. Case is still under investigation.

While patroling, Deputy found a 2012 Infiniti passenger car parked at the Trail Head with a broken window. The vehicle is a rental car and contact with the renter is pending as well as an inventory of possible items taken.
