Deputies responded to home in reference to an alarm. Upon the arrival of Deputies, they observed the door to the garage having signs of being forced open. They confirmed that unlawful entry had been gained and is now under investigation. Estimated damage amount is $2100.00.

Jail staff intercepted a letter addressed to an inmate, which contained an Orange substance believed to be a narcotic. Deputies seized the substance and will submit it into the crime lab for further analysis. Case is still under investigation and charges are pending.

Victim reported that between 12-25-11 and 5-29-12 unknown suspects unlawfully entered his storage shed through an unlocked door and stole the above stated items. No suspect information has been developed at this time. Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to a welfare check of a 69 year old male at the request of family. Upon arrival the male was found deceased. He had a medical history of heart disease and the death appears to be of natural causes. No foul play suspected.

Stolen vehicle: red in color 2010 Ford F-150 truck
On 06-05-2012 at about 1:30AM the victim's vehicle was stolen from the driveway of a residence on Aubrey Lane. The vehicle was left unlocked and the keys inside. The suspect drove the vehicle a short distance from the residence and wrecked into a guard rail on Fire House Road. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. There is no suspect information at this time. The case is under investigation.

Items stolen: brown purse with misc contents valued at $200.00
On 06-04-2012 between the hours of 4:00PM and 5:00PM unknown suspects broke into the victim's 2008 Nissan truck by breaking out the passenger window. A brown purse was stolen from within the vehicle. The victim's credit card was used shortly after at a Burger King in Santa Fe. The case is under investigation.
