On Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 9:07 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and failed to maintain a single lane of travel and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. The results of the test are pending.

Victim: 44 year old male
On 5/16/12 victim was found deceased in his apartment. Victim had an extensive medical history. There were no signs of foul play involved. OMI was contacted and took over investigation.

Victim stated on today's date (05-16-2012) between the times of 11:45am and 12:00pm an unidentified male entered his residence through an unlocked door and while inside the residence, the unidentified male pushed the victim to the ground and fled the residence. Suspects were gone prior to Law Enforcements arrival. A search of the area was conducted and the suspect was not located. This case is currently under investigation.

Victim advised on Tuesday May 15, 2012 between the times of 9:30 pm and 3:00 pm Wednesday May, 16, 2012 unknown person or persons entered his property and stole the above items. This case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: Car Stereos, GPS units, and misc. tools.
On the above date the victim reported a burglary to his business at the above location. Unknown suspect(s) entered the unoccupied yard by cutting a hole in the chain link fence on north Westside of the tow yard. The unidentified suspect entered eight vehicles, some that were left unsecured and others that were secured and stole the above items. The vehicles that were secured, the suspect(s) forced entry by damaging the glass windows. Suspect(s) are pending further investigation at this time.

Stolen: Six sets of vehicle keys
On the above date the victim reported a burglary to his business at the above location. Unknown suspect(s) entered the unoccupied yard and removed six sets of keys to company vehicles that were left unsecured with the keys in their ignitions. The theft occurred over night between May 15, 2012 to May 16, 2012. The victim advised that nothing else was disturbed, taken, or damaged to these vehicles. Suspect(s) pending at this time.

On Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at !2:12 AM the suspect was found to be in control of the vehicle at the location. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

Stolen: Black in color Glock Model 22, .40 caliber handgun.
Victim reported he got into a verbal altercation with his girlfriend. The girlfriend stole the above listed firearm and fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. The weapon was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. This case is currently under investigation.

Case # 0212007283/ Larceny from a motor vehicle/ 05-15-2012

Stolen: (5) CD cases containing 20-30 CD's, (4) gray floor mats, (4) black floor mats, (1) black satin "Cities of Gold" jacket, (4) black velvet seat covers, (1) unknown make or model six disc cd changer (Stereo), (1) unknown make or model car stereo, and (1) black velvet steering wheel cover.
Vehicle was towed to above address for a prior crash. Victim was not allowed to retrieve personal items from vehicle prior to the vehicle being to Albuquerque. Victim advised the above stated items were stolen from her vehicle by unknown persons while in the custody of two seperate tow companies. Case is currently under investigation.
