Suspect: Juan Grant Age: 25 El Rancho
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and discovered that Juan Grant had battered and then assaulted a household member with a knife. He fled the scene and was captured by deputies a short time later. Grant also had two unrelated outstanding warrants for his arrest which were served on him. He was booked without incident.

On 01-12-2012 Mr. Archuleta and his girlfriend were involved in a altercation at the Allsup's parkinglot. Deputies were dispatched to the scene. Investigation revealed Mr. Archuleta battered his girlfriend during the altercation. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 1/12/12 deputy proceeded over to above address in an attempt to locate a missing person. A search was consented of the home and deputy located eight bags of marijuana, a black pyrex pipe, a glass lab cup and a wooden box with a green leafy substance. Suspect admitted to the items being his in which he was placed under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that she left for work this morning at 0620 and received a phone call from her mother around four this afternoon advising her that the alarm at her home was going off. Victim stated that the front door had been kicked open. Victim stated that suspects took a 32" flatscreen TV, misc. costume jewelry, a Dish cable box and a gold mother's ring. Estimated value of items taken is $1000.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

On 1/11/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she arrived home and her mother was intoxicated. Victim stated that the suspect then instigated an arguement. Victim stated that the suspect then pushed her down a step and also punched her in her left arm. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/11/12 deputy was dispatched to a burglary. Victim stated that between 0630 and 1700 hours unknown persons had broken into his residence. Victim stated suspects gained entry by kicking in the rear door. Victim stated that suspects took a 46" flat screen TV, a digital camera, misc. jewelry, and a bottle of Crown Royal. Estimated value of items taken is $1800.00. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.
