Sometime between 04-04-2012 after 2:00pm and 04-05-2012 before 1:30a.m. unknown suspects entered the victims residence by kicking open an exterior door and stole the above listed items.

On 04-04-2012 between the hours of 12:30p.m. and 3:30p.m. unknown suspects entered the victim's residence through a window and stole various electronics.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime during the past week, unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole two TV's. Victim stated that the suspects then damaged the home by smashing the interior walls thoughout the home. Case is under investigation.

The above listed subject was found to be in possession of a controlled substance on his person. Correction Officers located the suspected pills in the suspect’s wallet. Suspect was taken into custody and charged.

Arrested: Russ Dillen, 55-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
Charges: same as above
On 04-03-2012 at about 10:45p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance call at a property located on Bonanza Creek Road where a film shoot was taking place. Upon arrival Deputies learned Mr. Dillen was intoxicated and using a chain saw to disturb the film crew while shooting the film. Deputies observed Mr. Dillen revving the chain saw while waiving it in the air on the border of his property line. Mr. Dillen stated he was upset with the film crew for shooting scenes with his property in the backround. He refused to stop disrupting the filming and was placed under arrest.

Location: 100 block Buffalo Street, Santa Fe, NM (Butterfly Springs MHP)
Suspect: Brandon Hunt, age 22, Espanola, NM
Charged: Burglary
On 4/3/12 deputy responded to a burglary at the above location. Victim stated that this occurred between 0800 and 1530 hours. Suspects kicked open the front door and damaged the door frame and the wall. Once inside suspects took a 60" TV, a GPS, a RCA surround sound system, 2 boxes of laundry detergent, a Nintendo DS, and an Ipod touch. Shoe impressions were located and deputy followed them to a residence in the area. Contact was made with suspect whre he was interviewed and then arrested. Suspect identified other persons involved who possibly has possession of stolen items. Estimated value of items taken is $3600.00. Estimated damage amount is $150.00. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Bringing contraband into a place of imprisonment, Possession of a controlled substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 4/3/12 suspect was found in his jail cell in possession 2 syringes and 1 1/2 pills of Alprazolam. Suspect admitted to having the items in his possession. Suspect was booked into ADC for the above charges. Detention Officer had observed suspect picking up an item from the floor and then handed it over to the officer.
