On 12-19-2011 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am unknown suspect entered the victim's residence through an unlocked door and stole jewelry from within the home. The investigation is ongoing.

On the above date, victim report that he allowed an acquaintance to stay in an apartment. He asked the subject to move out because he suspected the subject was using drugs. He believes that the suspect returned and unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. No items were reported stolen. This case is pending further investigation.

On above date victim reported that he is being harassed by two acquaintances who have been threatening him by phone. Victim also believes that they have been stealing his medical marijuana. This case is pending further investigation.

On the above date, victim report that between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into victims 2006 BMW. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT SUSPECT HAD PUSHED HER DOWN DURING AN ARGUMENT, THEN HE HIT HER AND ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER. SUSPECT LEFT THE HOSUE BEFORE OFFICERS ARRIVED BUT WAS LOCATED DRIVING FROM AREA. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION JEANIE HERRERA CALLED AND REPORTED A DOMESTIC BETWEEN HER AND HER BOYFREIND, ANTHONY HERRERA. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE JEANIE WAS INTOXICATED AND HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN AN AGRUMENT WITH ANTHONY. DURING ARGUMENT JEANIE GRABBED A KNIFE AND AND STARTED AFTER ANTHONY SO HE PICKED UP A CHAIR TO KEEP HER AWAY FROM HIM. DURING INVESTIGATION JEANIE WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE DIFERRENT TYPES OF NARCOTIC PILLS, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE. ANTHONY WAS ALSO FOUND TO HAVE DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA. BOTH WERE ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. ANTHONY WAS CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA. JEANIE SPIT ON AN OFFICER THERE AT THE DETENTION CENTER DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS, SO SHE WAS CHARGED WITH THE FOLLOWING; AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON, BATTERY UPON PEACE OFFICER, (3 COUNTS) POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE.

On December 18, 2011 at 2:31 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was found to be in possession of an open can of Budweiser Beer. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that Santa Fe County Magistrate Judge David Segura had issued a Warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear.
