On 7/25/11 at approximately 1800 hours victim's exboyfriend went to her residence and stole her 2011 Yamaha dirt bike valued at $8000.00. Victim was unable to provide model, engine size or Vehicle Identification Number on the motorcycle. Victim just purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago.

On 7/25/11 victim received a bill from Direct TV for the amount of $566.63. Victim stated that the charges are from an account that was open in Colorado. Victim stated that he had never lived in Colorado. Case is under investigation.

Location: 200 block of Santa Fe County Road 74, Tesuque, NM (off of SR 592)
Suspect: Lealicia S. Mente, age 21, Tesuque, NM
Charged: Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Damage to Property of a HHM, Assault
On 7/25/11 deputy responded to above location in reference to the suspect damaging victims property. Victim stated that the suspect damaged 6 windows to his vehicle which is a 1998 VW Jetta black in color. Victim stated that suspect was throwing rocks and also damaged the vehicle. Estimated damage amount to vehicle is $1500.00. Suspect also broke 2 windows to her mothers residence. Damage amount is estimated at $200.00. Suspect threatened victim by attempting to throw rocks at him. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/25/11 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a vehicle hitting the exit gate at Las Campanas Clubhouse. Victim stated that this occurred between 1500 and 1510 hours. The vehicle was a brown in color Chevrolet Astro Van unknown license plate. Damages to the gate are estimated at about $3500.00. The vehicle was not located.

Items stolen: flat screen television, surround sound system, Ipod, lap top computer and a hard drive. Total value of $6,080.00.
Item damaged: exterior door valued at $800.00
On 07/25/2011 victim reported between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm unknown suspects entered his home by forcing open an exterior door. The suspects stole the above listed items from within the home. A witness reported seeing a black in color full size truck occupied by a male and a female in the area at the time of the burglary.

On 07/25/2011 a representative for the Community College reported one of the students checked out $4,360 worth of camera equipment and failed to return it within the alloted time frame. The college made several attempts to get the camera equipment back with no sucess. After the college filed a report with the Sheriff's Office the equipment was returned. This case is closed and has been refered to the District Attorney's Office for their review.

Item damaged: RV door lock valued at $50.00
On 07/25 2011 victim reported sometime between last Friday and yesterday unknown suspect broke the lock to the victim's RV and stole the water pump from inside. The suspect also stole a car battery that was connected to the front of the RV.

Suspect: Dylan Jarvis Age: 21 Santa Fe,NM
Suspect was contacted by Deputies after recieving phones calls of people screaming in the area. Subject when contacted had in his possession over one ounce of Marijuana, hashish and drug paraphernalia. Subject was arrested and taken to jail where he was charged accordingly. Subsance was field tested and tested positive for controlled substance.

Deputies were dispatched to listed location in reference to a crash. Upon arriving and contacting the driver, he showed signs of impairment. Driver admitted to consuming prescription medication prior to the crash. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Driver submitted to chemical testing, results are pending from a legal blood draw.

Deputies heard the messages and were informed that she had just finished reporting threats earlier in the day. Victim reported that she also heard gun shots near her home believed to be by the suspect. Suspect was contacted and was arrested without incident
