Victim reported that sometime between 0012hrs and 0600hrs some unknown person burglarized his vehicle as it was parked at his residence. Unlawful entry was made by unknown means and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $150.00.

Suspect: Aleksandra Burdeyn 30 yoa female, Stockton, CA
A 1991 Honda Accord was traveling southbound at the above location. Vehicle turned off it's headlamps, swerved off the road and turned on it's headlamps. Contact was made with the above driver which driver was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest. Driver refused to submit to a breath test. Driver was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that on 2-1-12 a male subject entered her store in Madrid NM and stole 39 bracelets (Native American) from inside a jewelry case while she was in the back of the store. Suspect fled in a silver passenger car.
The above charges were valued at about $11,700.00

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm on 2-1-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into her residence and stole the above stated items. Forced entry was made by shattered a bedroom window. Case is still under investigation.

On 1/31/12 deputy was dispatched to Lowe's Grocery store at 1700 St. Michael's Dr in reference to a domestic. Victim stated she and suspect got into an argument about her moving out of the residence. Victim stated suspect became upset and grabbed her by the throat and attempted to choke her. Victim also stated suspect scratched her chest. Visible signs of battery were observed on victim. Suspect was arrested and charged with battery on a household member and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
