Location: 4900 block of Calle Pico (Jemez Rd area)
Stolen: 42" Phillips flat screen tv, Droid cellular phone
Victim arrived home to his residence and observed the above male subjects leaving his residence out the front door. Victim gave chase and through neighboring yards and pinned down until police arrived. The other suspect was observed in a red in color passenger car Agua Fria and placed under arrest. Suspects gained unauthorized entry into the residence by breaking a bedroom window. They removed at 42 inch flat screen television and a Droid cellular phone. Both items were recovered. Suspects were arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that in October 2010 her husband opened a credit card account in both their names without her permission. The husband has run the account balance in excess of $7,200.00 but has been paying the bill. Husband is currently incarcerated at the Torrance County Jail on unrelated charges.

Victim reported that sometime between 7:30am and 8:10am on this date. Unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. There were signs of forced entry to the residence through a window. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
