Stolen: Crafts man Table Saw, Rayobi drill x3, Black and Decker light duty drill, Black and Decker heavy duty drill & case, 4ft level, 2ft level, case of 50 paddle drill bits
Victim stated between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm and unknown suspect opened his tool box in the bed of his pickup and took the above items. No damage to the tool box was observed and the vehicle had not entered. Case is still under investigation.
Estimated value of the stolen items was $1210

Location: State Road 599 mile marker 12 (Santa Fe Area)
Arrested: Darryl Baham 47 years old
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DWI. The driver was arrested and charged with Aggravated DWI. It was found that he had pending extraditable arrest warrants out of Washington. He was also charged with Fugitive from Justice. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) unlawful gained forced entry into his residence and workshop sometime between 01.15.2012 and 01.27.2012. Once inside the victim's property, the unknown suspect(s) unlawfully removed the above property. Suspect(s) is pending further investigation.

Once inside, suspect(s) unlawfully removed the above property. Suspects are pending further investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 3:30pm and 5:00pm on 1/27/12 an unknown person gained unauthorized entry into a 2008 Nissan Versa through a shattered door window. Once inside the suspect stole the above stated item. Contents of the purse is still pending. Case is still under investigation
