Location: Residence in the Old Santa Fe Trail area of Santa Fe County
On 01-14-2012 at about 8:40p.m. Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to an unconcious 80-year-old male, not breathing. Deputies and paramedics arrived on scene and found the male deceased. The male suffered from heart disease and it appears he died from natural causes. There were no signs of foul play discovered.

Location: residence off of Conchas Place, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
On 1/14/12 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Complainant advised that he was watching the house for the homeowner and noticed that someone had gained entry into the victim's residence through a doggie door. Complainant stated that someone has been going into the residence and sitting on the furniture and eating cookies which were in a container in the cabinet along with Fiber one bars. Estimated value of items missing is $9.00. Estimated damage amount to the doggie door is $150.00.

Location: residence off of Estacada Road, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
On 1/14/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that he left his vehicle unlocked on 12/30/11 and went to his vehicle the next morning to get his Palm PDA and noticed it was missing. Victim stated that his glove box was found open and items thrown in the cab of the truck. Estimated value of item taken is $310.00.

Location: 3800 block of Madison Rd., SantaFe, NM (Riverside MHP)
On 1/14/12 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to aa burglary. Vicim stated between 1830 and 1900 hours suspects entered his vehicle which was unlocked. Victim stated suspects took his checkbook, an Evo phone, a radar detector, a Makita drill, a toolbox with misc. tools and a portable DVD player. Estimated value of items taken is $890.00.

Location: 6151 Airport Road #263 (Country Club Gardens MHP)
Stolen: 32" Emerson TV, misc jewelry
Victim reported that sometime between 10:00am and 6:00pm on 1-14-12 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. Suspects pried a rear west facing door open with an unknown object to gain entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Location: 02 Vista Del Monte (Allsups Hwy 14/ SR 599)
Arrested: Jose Villegas-Rodriguez
Suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the Allsups. It was revealed that the suspect was driving on a suspended revoked. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 2 Pad locks and latches
Victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm on 1-13-12 and 7:00am on 1-14-12 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's garage and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the garage. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Stolen: Wells Fargo checks, Evo Cell phone, Radar Detector, Makita Drill, Tool Box misc. with misc. hand tools, 10" portable DVD player
Victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm and 7:00 pm on 1/14/12 an unknown person gained unauthorized entry into his vehicle through an unlocked driver door. The suspect stole the above reported items. No damage was reported to the vehicle.

Location: State Road 475 mile marker 5-6 (Hyde Park area) Santa Fe NM
On 1-14-11 Victim Adam Alexander reported that while traveling west on State Road 475 near mile marker 5-6 he was involved in a road rage incident with a blue in color Subaru Forester. Both parties pulled over to the side of the road when the driver of the Subaru pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at the victim ordering him to back off. Investigation is still pending.

Location: 5999 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Alicia Quintana, age 28, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were conducting an eviction at the above location, suspect fled out a back bedroom window. Suspect also took two small children outside with her. Suspect was located hiding nearby, behind a dumpster with her two small children without jackets, one child had no shirt on, and the other was barefoot. Suspect was arrested for child abuse, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, and an outstanding warrant. CYFD obtained custody of the two small children. Suspect was transported and booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
